    dumb question, It is with 3x25 kg each side with 1 2.5kg so 155 kg in weights, is it a 25kg bar?

      Not sure if your comment is sarcastic or not but make no mistake if you were looking at who to send next year there’s 2 that are a given right now and it’s li fabin and Liu. Those two have performed the best on the men’s side over this past year

    between ''stage lifts'' he goes in the ''backroom'' and builds up again to the next ''weight amount'' that he is going to attempt to lift on stage, is that correct?

    • @madworld109
      @madworld109 7 месяцев назад +1

      You only get 1 minute in between lifts. 2 if you're following yourself. Oftentimes if there's a long gap between attempts they'll take a lighter weight just to keep the body warm. But they're not starting over between attempts. Not enough time for that

      Dayin hit 180 i think. But it was his 220+ clean and jerk that smoked everyone.

    • @AdStellae-
      @AdStellae- 7 месяцев назад +1

      Dayin snatched 175 at 81, Lu did 174. Only Dayin is hitting 180s in the 89s. The best snatch in the 81 category at Riyadh this year was 164.

      Li Dayin holds the world record for the snatch in the 89s

      Well 6 years ago, 77s were hitting these so....
      The IOC and IWF are trying to destroy the sport with these constant weight class changes. Athletes haven't gotten comfortable at the new classes yet.

      this is how you announce to the world that you squat 50 kg and snatch 0 kg.

    • @clintiacuone1703
      @clintiacuone1703 7 месяцев назад +1

      That’s subjective to the lifter in person, he’s young and OBVIOUSLY has the capacity to do that many reps in his warm up, could also be his and coach Yu’s preference to keeping him primed and consistent for what he does on the platform
