One thing I love about Johnny is that he’s always smiling!
4:24 You ain't kidding, talking through a smile takes skill.
The fact that he’s able to talk while remaining perfectly still and just smiling is remarkable
Some people have to make the best of the tools that they have, which includes the shitty PC I was using when we did this.
I love how Johnny admits he listens to his own stuff...what a genuine guy...really rooting for him to succeed
Just found this band and I’m obsessed. Cannot stop listening.
Bilmuri! Criminally under-appreciated.
First of all, give me hundreds of more 5 word song titles with no spaces
Kinda upset that this doesn’t have more views. Bilmuri is the most underrated artist and this interview has so many gems!
i'm so glad you enjoyed it! Johnny is so kind and this was so interesting to be able to do. thanks for watching!!
Johnny is so down to earth. Loved this interview! Congrats!!!
He really is! Thank you 😊
Ahhhh yes! He produced a demo for some friends of mine called Hail to the King. Such a positive dude. He was the only member of AA! who talked to me when I met them at warped 2010
I discovered Bilmuri because of your channel and I’m happy about :) also this was a great interview! Never would’ve guessed this was only your 2nd one.
I’m really glad to have introduced you to the machoman, Bilmuri! I also am very glad you enjoyed the interview. Cheers!
Congrats on this interview! So glad I subscribed a few weeks ago. Johnny is such a smart and chill dude. Whenever he releases a new album, I genuinely get excited every time, like it's Christmas Day.
I have never enjoyed watching and listening to an interview so much in my life. Everything artistically that Jonny does speaks to me. I love his humor and the creative passion that goes into Bilmuri
This woman is A Fan of this band
100 gecs with bilmuri would be criminally good
I listened to them for the first time and enjoyed what I heard. Couldn’t stop listening to Stupid Horse
@@RachelleReacts The first time I listened to 800 db cloud was a religious experience
johnny franck is a national treasure that deserves to be protected at all costs
This is amazing. Thank you so much Rachelle
Love the interview, such a fun one, and johnny’s such a cool guy and an interesting musical mind. Now i gotta listen to that flute breakdown again from Wise Man’s Fear, i remember the guys from the SOTS podcast talking about it and them talking about that flute section made me curious enough to go listen. Galaxy brain shit on Johnny’s part.
It was so much fun to do! He definitely got that galaxy brain. Unreal to have thought of but I’m so glad he did
Finally was able to watch this awesome interview!
Love this man's music. It's very heartfelt imo.
Awesome to hear him talk about 100 gecs! "1000 gecs" pairs well with any Bilmuri album
Hell yeah. Bilmuri is amazin
Facts!
One of my all time bands (slice the cake) labels themselves as a "metal collective", but to me theres a finely calculated cacophony of genres presented in Bilmuri. I really like how the songs change direction, it adds a sense of dissonance to every track in a new unique way. And the first time I heard sax in a song was by The Greatness Design which is a deathcore band out of mexico, was insane and became one of the most standout solo's i've ever heard in an instrumental track.
Yes!! Perfectly worded. Sax is one hell of an instrument, especially incorporated in any type of core music 😍
love how he talks about how he has to make his songs named crazy shit 26:00
Hey, thank you for watching!! I really liked hearing about that too :)
Great interview!! I do the same thing, i will pick an muri album and sirt listen to it all day at work then ill be home and its still playing, I will listen to a muri album for 3 days straight from the time I get n my work truck till the time I wake up the next morning, absolutely love bilmuri!! I love the song titles but how well the music is, I would love to know what he was going through during the albums, like frame, and self title, and letters
the march ahead vinyls!!
I hope he keeps the sax solo and slide guitar solo and a shred guitar solo once in each album
Ok checking out Wiseman fear now!!
This is such a great interview!
Thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed!!
Thank you for doing this! Definitely subscribing~
I'm happy to, genuinely love doing stuff like this! I'm glad you enjoyed :)

I bet his album art would annihilate someone on acid😂😂😂 with the music playing in the background

By the way I loved the interview
Thank you!! I'm glad to hear it!! :)
Oh when I turned my 16 yr old daughter onto them the first song I told her about was absolutely cranking my m fn hog lmao 🤣
is there a bilmuri discord??
pd: i really loved this interview
I think there is a discord server for his patreon! There was a Facebook post that said that. But I don’t see it in the tier description
