It's Finally Here. The Building Warrant Approval.

After only 9 months of NOT so patiently waiting we now have our building warrant approval. This means that the real work has begun. Such a shame that we are now entering the cold and dark days of the year's end.
A new friend from Brechin kindly offered to help out. What a great wee community Brechin is.
