Au Chibata is one of the floreio movements in capoeira. It can be regarded as the attacking variation of the cartwheel. It can be done either laterally or in the forward direction. The main idea of this attack is to land on top of your opponent with your heel.
The most common issue of people doing Au Chibata is their fear of hitting the floor. With this video, you will learn how to remove this fear and accomplish this move confidently.
