Apple filling:
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 lb. (900g) apples
1/3 cup (75g) granulated sugar
Crumble topping:
1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
1 stick (120g) salted butter (or unsalted butter with a pinch of salt)
