There is nothing secret about a door that has a path leading directly to it.
There are 4 other doors located throughout the world just like the this, the closest is just below your spawn point down the hill on the right when you first start the game.

There's another one like this on top of the mountain south of the S in "Pillar"S" of Creation" on the map. Climb the mountain, and there's a tower at the top. The door on the bottom part does not open, but you can break it down and same table/skeletons inside.
There's more of the tower up the mountain.. it's buried into the mountain. Nothing in it though.. even if you go to the very top. But it DOES have the build cancel radius of other buildings.. so if you put down a flame shrine (would make a good high altitude glider point) it will not let you build within the building's radius.
I found another of these. Behind the door was a much smaller chamber and a dining table with two skeletons.

Found it already, might wanna put a flame altar there, there's a gold chest on the left of the door and up the scaffolding.

Near it you can. good flat area with a fixer-upper house nearby. Also a gold chest is on a ledge near there too.

How can I have never known it existed considering I have already been there? Perhaps you should not be telling people what they do or do not know. Surely you can not be the only person in the entire gaming community to have ever seen this door before!

It indeed is a secret. The door is not able to be interacted with in anyway and nothing in the game explains that they can be broken and that there is something behind. Not only can it be broken but there is something behind it. By textbook definition it is secretly a door. 😁
Not much of a secret door if it looks liked something you can break down anyway.

Brillant. You show a door you can pickaxe through. 3:20 minutes of video, showing over a minute just pickaxing onto the door. And there is even nothing usefull behind it. But hey, putting a 3:20 video up wasting 1/3 of whole videos time with just watching someone hitting a door really is brillant. I wish i could charge youtubers for wasting my time. THAT would be indeed brilliant.
If only there was a way to scrub forward with a preview showing...or a way to play at a faster speed!

If there is a minute of just pickaxing, speed it up in the video already. Cut it out, or even insert the "one minute later" meme or whatever. It's the creators job, not the consumers'.

The secret is that the door is not able to be interacted with in anyway yet it can be broken to reveal an Easter egg. Since there is nothing saying to break down the door directly this would fall under the category of secret. 😁 which you probably didn’t know prior to watching this video. Thanks for the comment !
