    Research demonstrates eccentric overload is one of the most effective methods for triggering muscle growth & strength. Use more than your 1RM & perform the eccentric or lowering phase slowly. This creates enormous levels of mechanical tension, motor unit recruitment, muscle damage, & muscle growth.

    Why wouldnt you just use a normal bar bell though? Surely its not adding any rom on curls?

    Mr. Joel (I am your fan), you also need this kind of exercise for your calves, which are a big weakness of yours. Is it "genetics" as in the case of e.g. bodybuilder Dennis Wolf (I purposely chose a white man because I'm not going to compare the genetics of a black man to a white man).

    amazing arms! What were your arms, especially biceps like before you started training them with isometric eccentrics? Lot smaller or always. string point? BTW love your ideas and exercises that combine strength with athletic positions🙏🏻#Godbless #@dr.joelseedman

      yep the 90 deg EI method is what triggered more growth than anything for sure!!!
