🤔🤔I have encountered this question many times since I started my real estate career over 6 years ago. Homebuyers sometimes confused a subdivision with a master-planned community. Just because your neighborhood has its own 🏊swimming pool 🏊🤹 playground 🤹 and 🚶 walking trails 🚶does not mean it as a master-planned community. Being near to 🏬shopping centers 🏬does not make your neighborhood a master-planned community. 🤔🤔
🤷♀️🤷♀️ So what neighborhood is considered a master-planned community? What is a master-planned community? And why are homebuyers are interested in residing in one? 🤷♀️🤷♀️

I worked in that area , did a bunch of the sidewalks and the landscape as well , including the big three houses that connects to the track in the back

Interesting, I didn't know the differences. I think Master Planned Community is a thing now, I keep hearing people talking about it.

Hi. Are there planned communities or master-planned communities that are not kid friendly and mainly adults live there or? Because the parks and stuff seem childish for me personally and don't want to be around many small children. Thanks

HOA-s are turndown. Not cheap at all
