A new pipeline is being built under the Munster house. There are some surprised visitors to Grandpa's (Al Lewis) laboratory.

When I was a boy, I thought Grampa was SO cool! With his white tie and tails and his lab in the dungeon and the pet bat named Igor and the way he used to hum while he mixed up his crazy potions as a mad scientist. Well, alright, I will admit it. I STILL think he's pretty cool! LOL!
Al Lewis is not any mere actor. He is an ICON!
@@hamtramckchronicles Oh I agree with you! But I was referring to the character he played, not the actor himself! LOL! I LOVE Al Lewis. I actually went to his restaurant once in New York City back in the 90's. He wasn't there that night which really disappointed me.

I was fortunate enough to have met him and I would run into
afterwards a bunch of times, really cool down to earth man.
The one thing that amazed me about this show was that the Munsters lived at Mockingbird Lane their whole lives but people still get weirded out by them and/or freaked out by them. Man, I miss this show so much.
Everyone’s probably watching the Super Bowl but to me this is more entertaining
the 1 hour half time show to keep viewers interested for the 2nd half in case the game is a blow out A 6 hour game with around 15 minutes of actual game
Richard Deacon, aka Fred Rutherford from the "Leave it to Beaver" TV program. From 4:09-4:16 the "Leave it to Beaver" facade house is seen, on Universal Studios back lot street of suburban houses. "Leave it to Beaver" and the "Munsters" had the same writers for both of the shows, hence a "sharing" of some of the same actors from both shows. My mother was working for Universal Studios during this time frame. Great writers greatly contributed to the success of both of these shows. They are still funny, and poignant more than 50 years later! Thanks for posting this!

I watched it after school in the 70s and 80s and I still watch it now and I'm 56
I watched this in the late 1960's as a little girl..I loved it then i love the Munsters now! Happy Hoildays in spite of the pandemic.
My FAVORITE Munsters episode was when the banged up mayor and the cops fled from the Munsters house...got into the police car...drove off...leaving the mayor behind, who despite his injuries OUTRAN the police vehicle.

I remember after school watching this in the sixties, lived in chicago, I think it was on WFLD-32.
I always loved it when Grandpa’s lab would blow up and he would go flying in the air and get stuck in the rafters.
I would love to subscribe if it was the whole show because I love The Munsters I guess I got to play it from my DVD instead because watching 9 minutes of a 22 minute show is not my thing

I can't be the only one that's noticed the displacement of Herman's forehead scar. At 302 it's on the left side of his forehead. At 306, it's on the other side of his head.
