In the event of medical emergencies, emergency responders may find themselves having to lift the victim and carry him or her to safety. The three-handed seat is an effective and secure way to do so. This video from the Singapore Emergency Responder Academy (SERA) will teach you how!

1) The two emergency responders are to stand opposite one another. They will form a triangle with their arms as demonstrated in the video
2) The victim will place her hands around the emergency responders' necks for support
