While knowing the retirement corpus amount, you need to ask , how they arrived at that amount. Blind numbers won't work. There should be some scientific mechanism to get the FIRE number, then only we will be having peaceful post retirement life.

@@PersonalFinancebyChanduChandu bro nakoka doubt, different accounts nundi SIPs cheyatam kante husband ane vadu epudu tana wife (if she's a house wife) account nundi cheste kuda tax benefits save cheskunattu avuddi kada? If husband ki kuda Groww/Zerodha or any other ila demat account unte already tanu 30% tax slab lo untadu... so, after reaching the goal SIP withdrawal chesina roju returns will be more than 1.25 lakh where ltcg tax 10% applicable and 30% Income tax on our gains + salary income + FDs and savings account interests... so oka wife account lo matrame SIPs cheste better kada?
@@mounigupta9090 You are correct. We need to split investment in different accounts. Income tax on salary and capital gains is different, even if we are 30% slab of salary or you are house wife, we need to pay 12.5% LTCG after 1.25 Lakhs.
Hence when we reach goal, if we do investment in wife's account also, we can enjoy 1.25 + 1.25 Lakhs tax free capital gain when we are doing SWP.
I am doing investment in my account, wife's and my kids account as well

Bro one doubt if we fall in 30%slab then if we invest in mutual funds it wont be beneficial is what my ca saying after longterm as lot of tax will be deducted ..is falling in 30% slab would not be beneficial if investing other then elss?
ELSS fund will be used for 80C section only. If someone is coming under 30% slab, 80C will be filled very easily with pf only. At least most of the 80C.
Mutual funds investment is not only tax saving but for wealth creation.
yes we have LTCG(Long term capital gain). But If we can make sure to invest some good amount and get a post tax return of 12% , that will be great.
We can avoid some tax by dividing the money into two different accounts (Husband and wife) and also by doing a systematic withdrawment plan after retirement.
Okay thanks..one more thing current age assume as 30 took term insurance for next 35 years ,so the agent said if you complete the term insurance payment in next 10 years you will get some 7 to 10 percentage..isit good decision to pay for next 10 years bulk amount and relax or paying monthly/ year will be good..thanks in advance
Depends on case to case basis. If there is a business person who can expect good business only for next 5 years, can have 5 years limited pay. If you are someone who is going to have a salary for next 15-25 years, then going for regular pay is better.
I did comparison here. You can watch.

Make sure you have some emergency fund, Pure term insurance and health insurance. After that start investment with diversification (Some less risk and some high risk). Hi Bro,
I am trying to buy two shares on Groww, where each share is priced at ₹600.65. However, when I place a market order, it's showing the required amount as ₹629. Why is there an extra ₹29?
which shares?
It should be taking only 2-3 rupees extra for the share amount you mentioned.
It will be 0.05% or 20rs which ever is lower.
Need to check why it is charging 29 Rs extra amount
You need to place limit order instead of market order. As u place market order, the order is placed based on the market price while your purchase. Due to that it came to 629

Let's ask , how he arrived at 50 lakhs for kids education. Considering today's cost of 15 Lakhs, after 12 yrs it will be 50 Lakhs with 10% inflation. Education inflation in India is around 10%, but in telugu states , its around 14%
We don't know how future holds or what policies government is going to bring. It was just an approximation.
Even 50-60L might not be sufficient. I have completed my graduation within 2-2 lakh rupees. But it might not be the case in future.
Depending on where they want to pursue their graduation, the amount changes completely.
Also with increasing salary, the life style and quality of education parents want to provide to their children will also increase. Here as per current salary and expectations, He wanted to save 50L. After 1-2 years, his education goal might change.
