Yes Even is right, this was actually a home for sale where the owner made customizations after they moved in like the pool, laundry room, fireplace, and outdoor kitchen. I recorded this walkthrough for a client of mine looking to purchase it from out of state, but he took to long to make a decision before it sold - so after the home closed I wanted to share the video to showcase this model to build since the builder doesn't have one to show potential buyers interested in his 3000+ SqFt homes.
