Good job. I have made some of these but I made the crescent moon large enough to also serve as the entrance hole. I made mine to accommodate blue birds. I donated some to our local Wildlife preserve to sell in their gift shop. Thanks for the video it was very entertaining.

Nice job on the bird house Mike. Definitely would make great gifts.
To sell them would it be worth the effort to router some of the edges round or paint them up a bit, or do you think they would sell just as well not routerinng or painting?

The fence picket in the background looks nice. Has it been jointed and planed? Here in NY I can get only fence pickets that are treated and have been stored outdoors in the big box yards.

No I didn't plan them it came from Home Depot I just pick out the good ones but they have their boards inside

Very nice little birdhouse Mike! I had a few birdhouses around but the squirrels chewed the holes big enough for them and then they just raided them. Any idea how to deal with that?
