  • Sautéed Vegetables Recipe
    Ingredients:
    200g green beans
    300g potatoes
    300g broccoli
    3 small carrots
    1 bell pepper
    5 small onions
    2 cloves of garlic
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp dried thyme
    1 1/2 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp meat or chicken stock powder (optional; you can use water instead)
    Instructions:
    1. Chop the vegetables as shown in the video.
    2. Heat the butter in a pan and add the onions. Stir them for a bit, then add the potatoes and stir again. Add the green beans and carrots, stirring frequently.
    3. Dissolve the meat stock in 300 ml of hot water, stir well, and add to the vegetables. After sautéing, cover the pan and let the vegetables cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
    4. Add the garlic, stir, then add the bell pepper and carrots, stirring well so the flavors absorb into the vegetables. Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
    5. After 15 minutes, uncover the pan and cook the vegetables on high heat for another 5 minutes.
    Your sautéed vegetables are ready! Enjoy!
