This man is clearly schooled in the managing of club operations as a whole and not only as a coach. Utd should appoint him Sporting Director of the club where his vast knowledge and input would benefit them greatly for years to come. I hope he nominates either Julian Nagelsman or Ten Hag as his successor as manager of Utd.
He is such a smart and meticulous thinker who can analyse and break down everything he does to the most essential and critical. He is genuinely humble and so self-assured about him doing a job with real people. Although he is always talking about systems, he never neglects the human aspect of his job at all. A real good good man. Need more such leadership in this world.
One thing I have noticed about DVB is that he is constantly looking around to see where players are on the pitch. I don't see other United players doing this. Also the medical team will learn not to send unfit players onto the pitch. Can't wait to see the new United!
Ralf Rangnick is a thorough thinker, he's taking the wholistic approach. And if Manchester United excel in the 6 months he must get the job as full time manager. He's building a "groundation", cause all things start from the ground and in this case it's the players on the pitch, on the ground literally. He's about establishing a system of eating, training, thinking and playing, then once that is established then move upstairs. That's the plan and it would be excellent for the club and the league overall, because it's going to raise the level of all the other clubs and then you'll see a high level of football and organization in the Premier League.
His playing style is so demanding and attacking, with such impact the players can get an injury. Hence why he appoints the best boutique doctors, not just sport medics. So simple yet overlooked.

I would somewhat disagree. Sure he has got exceptional pace and a high workrate, and as a United fan, I really wanted him to succeed, but watching Dan, I found his decision-making and overall situational awareness to be severly lacking, and I don't think I'm alone in thinking that. I do suspect, however, that a fair bit of that deficiency could be ameliorated by a stricter playing framework, which RR most certainly will bring to United. Let's see what happens, tho. I'm just excited to see how RR will deal with this current United squad.
