He could manage a league like holland where ajax is dominant every year but not a big league like premier league where everyone expects championship where u have 4-5 championship caliber teams. He is a very passive coach who is hard to understand. He is indeed a good coach dont get me wrong but I think man u isa bit to hard to manage for him. Also the fans, do they have at least 2 years for this man? He needs to build his own squad and implement his gameplan to it. Dont forget even luis van gaal wasnt succesfull eventho he is a legendary coach in holland.
@@reypalomo4257 first thing is whether we like it or not we are not going to challenge league n next 2 or maybe 3years and we all know what klopp was before he came to pool, ajax had a league drought and it was ended by Ten hag, he built 2great sides mainly the 2018 ajax team from the scratch, like klopp's bvb team was dismantled and he recreated another team, Ten hags did the same with ajax plus you say he is proven only in Eredivisie yet they piped big European teams including bayern, bvb, Madrid, juve and so on. People doubt him because he isn't pl proven, pl proven is just plane myth. If he is backed and united have a proper footballing structure he will build an empire like Sir alex did. But board should back him and fans should support and keep their faith and patience in him

Offball runs is something that has been sorley missed at Manchester United. As a supporter of United hearing him talk about it and mention its importance really is refreshing, in many ways we have played dinosaur football for a long time. Thanks for the video.

Being able to speak so well of tactics and so open about what he wants for the club is astounding. Now that Manchester United have Rangnick I'd love to see what Ten Hag and Ralf could do while at the same club. They may have different ideas of how they want a team to play but their style for who they want to play and how they want to run a club are similar.
Plus Donny would finally be used properly and may even get back into the Netherlands squad before the world cup!

He made mention of how Liverpool have become masters of third man runs.
We were beaten a total of 9-0 by Liverpool this season, a huge part to that was failing to identify those runs before they happened, at some point during the games it was almost too easy.
Ten hag understands football, I know we're a footballing mess at the moment but I have hope.

It’s really really hard to imagine Man United playing free flowing football like those clips. If Ten hag can pull it in the Premier League with those sets of players, he’s a genius.
The board are going to have to back him on all outgoings and incoming for at least 3 windows. The fans are going to have to be patient and the board generous. Wether we get either of those is anyone’s guess.
He’ll surely succeed at Manchester United.

The mark of a good manager is training their players to understand their roles and watch themselves play (like having an out of body experience) moving with/without the ball on the pitch during every game while they are playing.

Inderdaad, dat was niet gefaked,. En daarnaast zijn de clubs het meest succesvol wanneer het rustig is binnen alle geledingen van de club, ik ben echt zo blij dat het na tig jaren van onrust de club zich in rustig vaarwater bevind.
HIj is ook een goede trainer...hij doet het met z'n spelers die hij tot zijn beschikking heeft.

the teams they signed for cant cater to their abilities except de jong where barca plays similar to ajax, but both de ligt and ziyech went to teams who play differently and require them to adapt to the leagues they moved to
