I notice all you guys that cook you only use white rice which is not good. White rice have no helthy properties. White rice have a lot of starch which breaks down to sugar which is not good. Remember a lot of us (blacks) have a high rate of stage 2 diabetes which not treated can cause kidney, heart diseases also blindness. If you don't like brown rice try par boiled rice. They wash the rice to wash out the starch. In addition they add beans, coconut milk and also vegetables to their meals in addition they are active ; that is chopping woods for fire, etc. The Japanese eat a lot of rice and they don't have diabetes. Just saying...
I love your videos and as you love animals same as me i know you are a good kind person Your Rice fascinates me sometimes i put to much water in especially when its rice & peas as the peas have been cooked in water can never gauge it just right and i try to steam it out like you show me in your videos sometimes its perfect other times a bit wet I have bought a electric rice cooker but think i can do it better in a saucepan than a gadget 🥰
