For a regular t-shirt like this one it only works with stretchy jerseys and knits, otherwise the neck is too small to get your head through!😊 my t-shirt tunic sewing pattern is great for linen and soon I will release a boxy top pattern 🤓
Hello and thanks for the video. The neck width and depth for neckline with placket (extra opening with buttons or zip), is it same for neckline without the placket? Thanks in advance 🫡
No i think I would keep it the same, but maybe lower the front neckline a little bit in the center - like for a henley shirt with a button placket etc. 🥰
you can use the same measurement to draft a t-shirt - or try experimenting with the bodice pattern- make it bigger, lower the armhole - get rid of the dart if you like 😊
You are a good teacher. Thank you so much. l have improved in my learning skills because of you.

Hi it is Nics
Hi 🥰✌️
Kwan-Lada : attendace checked!! Lol
Hi when you measured your waist bust and hips did u decide by 2
Hi - I measure the full circumference of the waist/bust/hips
@@TobiasKonrath ok did you divide by 4? Or 2
I divide the bust by 4 to get the width ( plus ease)
@@TobiasKonrath Thank you.
Do you still reply comments ? Cause i want to ask questions
Hi yes of course- for some reasons I don‘t get notifications from youtube….
This shirt is a medium. How much cm should be taking off or added to make the size difference?
1-1.5 cm more or less width would be a common step between sizes - sometimes even an inch :)
Which book are you using ?
I like the “metric pattern cutting “ series by Winifred Aldrich - this pattern comes from the women’s wear edition but it’s a unisex style
Do you have a photo of a tshirt made from this pattern?
Hi Patricia, the video is so long ago actually I have to check hehehe - Lately I‘ve been more into oversized and minimalist t-shirts
I would like to buy a t-shirt pattern for men's size small medium and large can you tell me how much it cost
sorry I didn’t notice your comment earlier if you are still looking please contact me directly through instagram: tobiaskonrath

What is Back width? Could anyone please explain...
That’s when you measure from armhole to armhole straight across the back ☺️
@@TobiasKonrath thank you
thanks
😊🙏
Hi teachers~~
Hi
Hi I have recently drew the metric bodice, but I was wondering can i use it to draw a basic T-shirt or shirt

@@TobiasKonrath thank you👌
