Say what you want about Michael Bay's directing...but you can't deny the fact that the robotic designs in his movies are beautifully rich with mechanical details!😊
love seeing all the pieces goes instead of the recent hide and appear kibble that doesnt even fold

Well to be fair, even if you don't like Micheal Bay, he didn't design the robots. He just directed the movie. I personally LOVE Ironhide's design. It's second only to Blackout for me personally. And as for this figure, it's finally happening!! I pre-ordered this thing before this video released, but now I'm even more happy I did. It's phenomenal!! 😍😍
Some of the Bayverse designs are infinitely better than their reg universe toys. Ironhide and Jetfire were goat! We desperately need a toy of Shockblast's Wurmcoil Engine!!!!
Honestly, it made the movies worse for me, because they wasted such amazing designs and special effects on pee jokes.
I must agree. I love them. The level of mechanical detail and realism is uncanny. My favorite design is Shockwave. My god. I just wish Paramount would've let Michael Bay use him as the main antagonist like he wanted too. He would've had more screen time.

@@Robot_Lounge I heard that Black Apple had a hand in the Buster Prime version of ROTF Leader Optimus Prime, the one that had the best paint, chrome parts and.... transformable weapons.
Viimee Toys VM-02 Cute Protector Commander Megatron is my favourite BA design. Its transformation is truly excellent.

Now THIS is the MPM Ironhide I always wanted. The Transformation seems like a nightmare, but that kibble management is truly a chef’s kiss.
An involved transformation is what makes these figures the best tbh.

And for Brawl I really don’t like any of the 3rd party versions, the ones that base on the 2007 toy are way too chunky to have fun posing, the ones that base on the Studio Series toy are wayy too skinny to look like his movie counterpart.

Now this is a true masterpiece, i was already sold when I saw those protypes long ago with the cleaner back and cannons converting into his truck.
My god. The kibble management. The screen accuracy. The Improvement!! This thing blows my mind. As someone who does enjoy a masochistic transformation process, this is right up my alley. Now the wait for release continues, but having pics and video, makes this feel alot closer now. As they say, TAKE MY MONEY!! 💰😂

This is so accurate to the cgi model, really makes you wonder what Takara was doing
Designers at Takara Tomy can do even better, they are limited by Hasbro. For example, Takashi Kunihiro designed many many good toys like DA15(2009 movie Optimus) and MPM04, the shoulder pad of DA15 originally was designed to be rotatable but the final version is not, then MPM04's shoulder pad is rotatable. The designers can do much more, just Hasbro asks them to save money and make toy easy to transform and sometimes Hasbro just doesn't give designers original data for them to design. Bad Hasbro I would say
That flex on those arms is brilliant! Few things worse than trying to move an arm, and it just gets dislodged due to its transformation. This is my definitive Bayverse Ironhide figure. All around just really smart and nice looking.

Man I had just ordered the LS Ironhide a few months ago in the idea that Black Apple was just straight up scrapped after these couple years of radio silence. Good to know that they're around, a bit disappointing I didn't wait longer for this news though sadly because this turned out quite fine.

TBH, I've been trying to recreate the prototype, and I've got to say, this figure has been changed so much that it's not even a debate that BA Ironhide isn't even a KO, but a completely different original mold. Other than where the limb and part placements occur, there is absolutely nothing in common about the MPM 06 or BMB LS09 to BA Ironhide. Must say, if you said that either one was a KO of this, I would not believe you, and same vice versa. If you did tell me that these figure had nothing to do with each other other than the character they were meant to replicate, I would be 100% agreeing.

Delicate masterpiece compensates for most of the failure of MPM06. Ashamed of me that it's oversized don't have much space for another big one. Marked and put on a waitlist. Damn, it looks so good. It will be a good companion for my oversized MPM03.

Since its official that this figure is actually being released. I just put in my pre-order. Which is something I have never done. But, I know that this figure will have a very high demand. And I am not going to take a chance in missing out of getting it. Yes.....SHOWZ TOOK MY MONEY!!!
There's a lot of thin joints, hopefully the figure has enough die cast to prevent breakage and you would have this in the bag. By far best Ironhide design.

I've been waiting for it since 2020
This had to be the weirdest and most out-of-place background music to play for this video - I honestly felt like I was watching a video meant for the early 90's. 😂... But tbh... I wasn't going to let the music tarnish the joy of seeing the transformation of an amazingly well designed figurine! Ironhide was one of my favorite movie figurines to transform regarding accuracy. But this version tops them all so far!
