Hey love, prices differ because your shipping fee will depend on how much you spend. But when your order is over 2K I know the delivery fee is free. But say your order was maybe N$1000, you'll probably pay 200 or so for shipping fees. There's no fixed amount, it just depends on your order and you'll only find out the amount when you're checking out cause they tell you how much extra you need to pay.

Are you sure you're using Shein.com? Also NAD isn't always available, you might have to change the currency to the South African RANDS which is equivalent to our currency.
I really don't know how to help you with that my love. You could try looking at the package and calling the number on the package cause it might belong to the person the package was intended for or, reach out to Shein via email or their IG page and just let them know you received a package that's not yours and see what they have to say.

You go in settings and change the currency to South African Rands since they don’t have Namibian dollars.
