I really like her! I didn’t think I would because I don’t know much about her but I love the play style. A lot slower and more of a thinking kind of match. Thanks for watching!
@@ryusorata yeah I think the official ruling of “you” is your identity so because an ally takes the hit, the effect doesn’t for Dr Octopus doesn’t resolve
The villain counter only gets moved after the active villain attacks and successfully deals damage, if no attack is made and no damage goes through to me nothing happens
Interesting first look at a new character. Don’t know if I like her build mechanic but I still need to play her regardless. I’m a bit put out by the token-palooza in recent scenarios. One would think FFG would be trying to sell me some mitigation; more tokens, more dials. Leaving $$ in the table there, I think.
It’s tricky at first because you are a bit limited, low hand size and low thwart mean the whole thing I say about going to alter ego a lot early on to build up counters can be risky. Honestly I wasn’t sure about it at first but when you upgrade it feels great and then at V3 your a killing machine :) I agree FFG need to add some more components in the next box. Different counter types, maybe new status cards (like poison) and some more hit dials. I mean if I didn’t have dice on me tracking all the sinister six’s hit points would of been a pain :)
This playthrough was tons of fun, i cant wait to grab a copy of ironheart!

I think when vivian was damaged you should suffer some colateral from the villain ability.
Which ability?
@@manaburngaming7968 17:00 doctor octopus, or maybe not because the YOU ruling is sometimes weird

Your first photon blast on scorpion was suposed to be 2 damage, not 1.
Shouldnt you move the active villain counter after that first attack?
