Jack fruit seeds with Drumsticks Curry || Kerala Special Veg Curry || Recipe in Tamil

Today we are going to make a vegetable Curry with Jackfruit Seeds and Drumsticks.. Its a very healthy and tasty curry recipe.. Perfect side dish for Rice..Enjoy..
Ingredients -
Vegetables :-
Jackfruit Seeds - 25 Nos
Drumsticks - 3-4 Nos
Tomato -2 Nos (or Raw Mango )
Green Chillies - 3 Nos
For Grinding :-
Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
Cumin seeds - 2 Pinch
Chilly Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
For seasoning :-
Coconut Oil - 2 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp
Shallots - 2 Nos ( Chopped )
Red Chillies - 2 Nos
Curry Leaves
