Oh, right. Everyone knows the best way to make a great villainous overlord is just to make them really tall. Bad writing.
Rather, bad reading.

Blue Diamond lol
I think it fits with SU's "theme" of villains not being as fearsome and having evil intentions. (For the most part. *glares at Aquamarine*) However, after seeing how Topaz went from emotionally broken to stern after a threat, I think this is somewhat true for the Diamonds. BD was "vulnerable" until lower gems are in her scene. But, just like Rose, I think there will be a turning point of their emotions going haywire and them acting as though how we first perceived them:threats.
Obnoxiously Terrific well Aquamarine is definitely the most evil, but even she isn't completely like that. she let topaz off the hook for that revolt.
Kingler Master true
You know, I didn't really fear Blue Diamond when she first appeared in Steven Bomb 5.
But when she raised her eyesbrow in That Will Be All and asked, "What special delivery?" and then said, "I never asked any Sapphire to go to Earth." I got a little scared.
The Diamonds do have the potential to instill fear in us as the viewers, but something is holding the creators back. Or maybe it's because Blue and Yellow aren't meant to be the antagonists.
Maybe there's an even larger threat to the Crystal Gems. Whether it be White Diamond or Sneople
Just Another Fangirl omg those sneople though...
Just Another Fangirl That's the exact scene I was thinking of too when I was watching this video! Viewers get a glimpse of the Diamomds' former glory through these short scenes or pieces of dialogue. They do have it in them to be the fearsome antagonists that Slice expected them to be, but I think it is because of the loss of Pink Diamond that their emotions come into play and they turn out differently than how one would expect a "supreme ruler" to behave.
Same. I feel as though the Crewniverse is writing them like that on purpose because they're aren't the real enemy. Sure, they're tyrants, but I feel as though there's something bigger going on, something that not even the Crystal Gems (or even Yellow and Blue) know about
I'm the best Diamond obviously right...say it 🔷
Blue Diamond No The best Diamond is The Giraffe Diamond ;________; don't shatter mee ;_________________;
i think what you're missing here is the point that Rebecca Sugar could be making is that the diamonds only represent themselves as perfect and fearsome towards their followers, but are indeed more flawed on the inside as well. because take what amethyst said way back in the beginning "i never asked to be made" neither did the diamonds. They might have set up their own standards at the beginning of their existence only to later find that they can't keep that sort of image up consistently. assuming that Rebecca Sugar is also inspired by the works of Hayao Miyazaki, that, even Miyazaki doesn't have any clear cut villains in any of his films, because nothing is so black and white. also Sugar even said so herself "I think it's a fantasy that no one is truly evil. i don't know if that's true in reality, but it's certainly true in my fantasy. why wouldn't it be?"
to me personally, i just don't feel as disappointed with what we received. I can understand why having it built up that way can make it disappointing for most people who want a clear cut in your face antagonist, but i like being surprised and with what the crew did instead since there's more to what we've been told from before we met them.
you got me there XD
Personally, I think that it is great to see that Rebecca has taken the no true villains theme to heart. I like seeing the Diamonds being subtlety built up. It makes them more mysterious.
Elisa Castro instead of being simple minded look at it this way there's something bigger going on here than just diamonds
Helen Carrera
I LOVE IT TOO! Everyone seems to fear them, but they're just people! People doing what they are meant to do!
@@Red-jl1qr thier not people
Ruby's are red
Sapphire's are blue
put them together
and they're stronger than you
Mohamed Mosam that was amazing
That's hilarious😂.
White Diamond needs to make us shiver in our seats or I'll be upset ;~;
She needs to be more than what you said. She might be the one who shattered Pink Diamond and maybe Pink Pearl. Where is Pink Pearl?
You make a good point, but I think the diamonds are perfect antagonists in the way they deal with loss; the diamonds' ideologies and ways of dealing with loss oppose the crystal gems in a way. Blue sinks deeper into depression and loneliness while Yellow is in denial and acting through violence. Our Pearl, while dealing with the loss of Rose in similar ways, has grown past those stages of bereavement with the help of friends and family, and she had 14 years to deal with it, which is like nothing to gems. The diamonds, however, have had thousands of years to get past this terrible loss. I think the show is trying to tell us through the fact that the diamonds are antagonists and should be opposed, that this way of dealing with loss (holding onto the past for so long) is unhealthy and that we should try to move past loss by reaching out to friends and family. But I don't know, it IS a kid's show after all, I could be completely wrong. But it's worth thinking about at least. I do hope White diamond will live up to the expectations though. Great video :)
Hey papa slice!!!
Edit: I'm actually very curious as to how Blue and Yellow diamonds relationship will be now after the trial. Blue zircon kinda sowed the seeds of doubt and mistrust I think over what exactly happened to pink diamond.
And over the whole issue on *who* shattered pink diamond. Well, I don't know who did it and I'm willing to wait to see the answer then dwell into a whole mess of theories on who it was.
Plus I believe the introduction of white diamond is going to open a whole new can of worms on this issue. Blue is an emotional mess, and making her distrust the other diamonds over pinks shattering may make the diamond authority crumble.
Or I could be going a bit over the top since maybe that won't be Blues response at all ( ̄▽ ̄;)
One things for sure, I really want to see topaz again ;-; I hope she gets a chance to stay a fusion and be free on Earth or somewhere else. I lover her ;0;
We do not need frightening antagonists, that's what every story has. Steven universe tells a story, that like the real world does not have bad guys/antagonist. Through making everyone's actions kind of understandable and show that the diamonds are in fact as "weak" and impacted by their feelings, as the protagonist, the show is on the way to teach a very valuable lesson. There are no bad guys. And I really hope it will draw a conclusion that does not involve an epic fight between good and bad, but shows what makes people seem bad and how you can leave the idea of a black and white world behind to find a conclusion that works for everyone, not only for the strongest.
I actually think the difference between what the characters say and think the diamonds are and the way they are actually portrait is one of the best stylistic choices in the show, and breaking the pattern of having an impressive bad guy, that actually gives you a feeling of fear, makes it interesting and has great potential!
Just accept that the show is flawed
An antagonist isn't necessarily an evil being, they merely have opposing actions, thoughts, and motives, etc that goes against the protagonist which doesn't always point to the Hero. ((look at death note)) A villain in a way is an antagonist but just a bit more intense.
Heroes and Villains aren't exactly the same as Protagonists and Antagonists.
With Blue Diamond, we have two pictures painted of her. Garnet's version depicting her as a merciless shaterer and Holly Blue's version, which for the most part I think has been in line with how her appearances have shown her to be so far. Looking back at her order to have Ruby shattered, if we set aside our own perception of the first fusing of Ruby and Saphire into Garnet being a trivial accident, and take into account the Home World Gem's hierarchy and conservative attitudes towards fusion; the accidental fusion could seem to them to be almost like a sexual assault. Plus we have to factor in that Ruby's actions inadvertently stopped Sapphire's prediction from coming to pass leading to the continuation of the rebellion.
"We need to talk about Steven Universe..." = me every second, every moment of my life now...
Is it bad that I disagree with everything you said?
Daniel Schultz As much I love his content, I agree.
Ruby's are red
Saphire are blue
I wasn't first
How about you
Kiri Taylor padparadscha ain't blue though
they said sapphire not all sapphires
Hello It's me true dat how bout
SOME saphires are blue
Most Ruby's are red
I am clumsy
How about you
I actually really like how the diamonds are written because it shows that they aren't that different from the other gems, which gives a wonderful message to people that everyone is not perfect, even though others might praise them as such. It also humanizes the diamonds, making us not want them to be shattered and relate to Steven's ideals.
I think the Diamonds loosing there luster is parallel to what happened to Human Kings and Queens once apon a time they had Huge Amounts of power, infact some where like the diamonds themselves...but then once people evolved and realized that Monarchy was a weak government they challenged the power, and then we end up where we are now, for the Diamonds they had there shot but once PD fell so did there Power and sense of worth... and it wont be long untill another diamond is shattered.
In terms of the storytelling of the Diamonds, I think its done on purpose. Maybe the reason they have others serving them is because in reality they themselves are not that strong. I do believe that White Diamond will be the biggest threat.
Pooja Pathak debunked, as the current episode shows the unbelievable durability and strength the diamond posses.
As far as cartoons go, Steven Universe is realistic. It shows flawed characters, it shows emotion, and it shows that nothing is black and white. Everybody has their story and their side. We were built up for so many seasons so make us feel like we had this black and white, good vs evil kind of battle on our hands with the Diamonds, only to have that gently laid to rest in a shocking turn of events. From Garnet's description of Blue, we were under the impression that the Diamonds were all powerful authority figures who had no emotions and were entirely evil. But after getting a behind-closed-doors look at them, we and Steven now know that this isn't the case. Even our Villains have a story, and it makes a lot of sense why they feel and act the way they do, even if they do act like spoiled children sometimes. We went from fearing the Diamonds to sympathizing with them in almost an instant, and that's powerful writing. Steven Universe doesn't have to hang this looming evil threat over our heads to hold our interest. We can keep watching because we relate and sympathize with the characters and want to know what will happen. It may not be the stereotypical approach for many cartoons or animation in general, but I feel like it works well to get the point across that there is no good vs evil in the real world.
Elisa Castro That's the thing though. In real life, even the bad guys have their side and reasons for doing what they do; even if they are spolied whiny overpowered brats. And personally, even though they are spoiled, I still want to see how the trial ends up. I want to see Blue come to terms with Pinks death, and I want to know the reason why Yellow is so agressive and hides her feelings. I care about them. The Crystal gems felt like they were fighting against this ultimate evil, when really the Diamonds are much more similar to them then they would ever believe.
White diamond: I'm going to destroy you and everyone you love
Steven: stop bieng mean
White: ok
Doesn't get any more realistic than that
The Yellow Diamond meme face is actually the lock screen for my phone.
*RIP Pink Diamond*
*WE DID NOT KNOW YOU... **_YET_*

HAHAHAHAH
Damn....Some of the Diamonds can be just as childish as their subjects, only with a godly killer kick
Kevin Chisolm Good on ya, we all do😊
Kevin Chisolm I'm not hating on her man
Yesika Narvaez What can I say? They are like children with superpowers.
TophatGeo Somewhat....more like moms...kinda?
Can everyone just take a moment and appreciate how amazing you channel is? Everything about it- the theories make sense, you're extremely kind and friendly and an amazing person all together💙💙💙
Can we talk about how amazing the quality in this video is honestly!
I never thought or don't even think Steven Universe need a straight up mustache twirling tie you to the railroad track villain. I like how the gems and people painted a black and white picture and when you see it in real life it turns out to be more gray.
funny how the gems working for diamonds are more menacing then actual diamonds them selfs
(talking about ruby and aqua marine)
but i think it kinda fits
sense they are leaders they don't do dirty work them selfs
and thats how it should be,
why do it your self when others are made to do it for you?
diamonds are just there to command, thats why they exist,
but you can still make them menacing by making them...hmm,i don't know...cunning maybe?
yeah,
also fear tactics are all ways good for a evil leaders
Your videos are so good!!! You're my favorite youtuber!!!
Because they are weak. Even in the stories about blue diamond she was always running and hiding from fights. Pink diamond might have been the strongest diamond and may explain why blue feared rose and the crystal gems.
I love how your videos help me when it comes to writing. It makes me think more about characterization, themes, and how to impact the audience =)
I assumed that Yellow used to be as Peridot described her, but Pink's death turned her into who she is now
Well 11 months later and we were showed how powerful they were
slice of Otaku: ... YOU ARE SO AWESOME AND I CAN'T WAIT FOR YORK NEXT VIDEO!
Omg the first picture of the diamonds shown has yellow diamond making a diamond insignia with her hands on her stomach- like PINK DIAMOND
love ya slice. 😊
When I first saw The Wanted I was expecting that the diamonds would be furious, like "OMG, U BROKE MY SIS" but actually was "Heeeey, lil Rosey". WTF, they been chasing Rose for millenniums and they are ok? I was truly disappointed. EMOTION GUYS, COME ON
They did show emotion. Yellow wanted to shatter Steven every other sentence, and Blue insisted on questioning him personally in the middle of the trial.
Sophia Wada "I want to know what she thinks we're going to do with her because I want to do something worse."
-Blue Diamond
Yeah, well, that was really intense hahah, but... I was expecting a fight, some apologies from Steven, crying, SU stuff. And in the end, was just a trial with YD super triggered and BD freaking out, they were mad with the whole tribunal unless Steven! Why YD puffed the Zircons and let Steven there?
To be fair, Yellow was very pissed. She didn't even want the trial to go on. She just wanted Rose shattered and to get on with life. Blue, while being just as pissed, is more emotional and grieving so she wants answers. She wants a fair trial so that she can know who shattered Pink, how they did it and possibly why they did it since it seems to be pointing, currently, at the culprit not being Rose.
Thank you Slice, thank you.
anyone else scared of white diamond
Awesome!!!
😄
I thought this video was a few days old but I'm early :O
"SHUT YOUR MOUTH!"
~Yellow Diamond
Jasper isn't intimidating anymore either. Once Smokey laid the beat down it just became a joke that she would be beaten by fusion constantly. Sure, when you think about it, Jasper is incredibly powerful. But the impression is that she serves no threat because she's alone and the Crystal Gems aren't. Lapis is scary though, perhaps unintentionally.
omg i love your whole thing. I really wish I could draw as well as you and be able to not studder(i dont know how to spell that properly even thou i want to be a author ) I also loovvee your theories. Your amazing and please keep doing this.
I wonder if blue diamond and yellow diamond are not what we are to fear. They are probably not "Perfect gems" we are told at first. Just flawed copies of a certain true perfect gem. White diamond. White diamond is hopefully the villain we want so badly. Maybe the reason she didnt attend the trial is because to her, Rose quartz is not worth her time. She was over with the earth and pink diamond or did she even care?
Or who knows, White diamond might be the biggest threat because unlike other gems, she lacks emotion, which seems to be what causes yellow and blue to fall back. White diamond does not have emotion and so she is merciless she does not have anger or sadness to slow her down. This would be a big obstacle for steven especially who so far has always relied on his talks and heart to heart with a gem to get them to join his side or question loyalty. So what would he do when his biggest weapon of understanding a gems feelings is literally unusable in White diamonds case? Lol it would be funny if he tried to do one of his talks and trying to explain what rose did and why, and later for him to ask "Dont you care about other gems and their lives do you even feel ANYTHING for them? Do you not have compassion?!"
Only for her to say: No.
And at that moment steven has lost his number one way of befriending and making a gem understand his side. Making her a villain no matter what he does.
They lost their luster so they made the cluster.
And then they lost that as well
WE aren't supposed to fear the diamonds. GEMS are supposed to them. The whole 'show not tell' aspect you keep bringing up is kind of the point. Gems are told about how merciless and fearsome the diamond authority is to keep them in line. As an audience, we are shown the truth about the diamonds, how broken and flawed they really are. In a way, that's terrifying unto itself. An intergalactic empire of gems have all been forced into submission to these tyrannical beings, told to fear them and their 'perfection', to have unwavering loyalty. The diamonds have to put up a facade to convince their subjects that they are all powerful and instill fear into every gem that is in their presence. *And it works.* Even Garnet, our level-headed leader of the Crystal gems, thousands of years after rebelling, still has that fear of her Diamond within her. Millenia after fighting in a war, the very thought of Blue Diamond petrified her. That is what makes the diamonds brilliant antagonists: their power to manipulate.
Diamond names:

Hey Slice!
Hey Slice don't be afraid to say it opinions or be conscious of them. I'm also opinionated too and you are one of my favorite theorist for that and you.i give good examples also. And another thing to is that I emulate you.i every time I make yup a theory or write anything such as essays of my thoughts
I'm not gonna lie this video give me a huge advice on villain and how they should be imma keep that in mind for my project
I agree, i feel like the diamonds only had me shook because of their size and that erie music. they really haven't proven their terrifying power, good point!
your theories usually make me think a little more and you have done it again the diamonds honestly aren't that threatening and we do need a threat so hopefully maybe we can see more of their villain side
i remember reading theories when it was very first revealed that pink diamond was shattered, and so many people were debating how it could have possibly been done. there was way less info on the diamonds and the nature of shattering itself and people were debating that even a fusion of garnet, pearl, and rose quartz, which would surely be a huge and powerful fusion, still wouldnt possibly be able to shatter a diamond alone. the fact that now people are considering that a single pearl might have been able to shatter a diamond really shows how much the impact and fearsomeness of the diamonds has degraded SO MUCH over time.
Very good video I almost feel the same way but Steven Universe as a show has pulled out so many plot twists and differences from regular shows I wouldn't be surprised if they took this approach for a reason
I think they're actually great villains for what they represent. They are basically representations of both modern colonists, expanding and letting their population grow and improve, while also being a representation of the scales of grey, seeing that they are never entirely evil and from different perspectives you see both the bad and the good
Well.... Hi! I wanted to ask you about lars and steven being able to breath on homeworld.... Do you have any thoughts
Other planets do have air we could technically breathe. People believe that the Gems were created by someone, so it could've been another Human like race that created them, and then they killed them and took the planet over, which means it'd have breathable air, just, everything else is dead.
it's just science fiction logic, same thing in shows like star wars and star trek. In real life, Steven shouldn't even be able to breath in the ship when Jasper first appeared. There was no reason for the ship to have the right composition to make it suitable or humans to breathe, in fact, it's extremely unlikely
Well maybe its because in space its silent so air is added so gems can communicate
even so, there's no reason why the air has to be the specific composition for survival
legend says it was the snepole...
what is the temple shaped from. can you explain it
Hey Papaslice, you should do a video about how the Crystal Gem temple might work
I actually really love how you put that thumbnail together!
I'm actually more scared of jasper than yellow and blue combined.
White Diamond will probably be the kind of villian that will have this warm and loving facade when you first meet her, but then reveals herself to be a ruthless psychopath all along... the kind of psychopath that kills PD herherher
It’s like you are talking about Pink Diamond when speaking of Yellow. And no, we have not lost our luster.
I think your argument slice is majorly grounded on the fact that we just haven't had a lot of screen time with them. That's not a bad thing and we obviously can't control that. But I feel like if we get more episodes with the diamonds we might get to see more how they act in front of their courts. Because mostly we've seen them in private or at moments of emotional weakness for them. They haven't really had a *proper* chance to show their authority on screen. You argument makes a lot of sense but I think they'll start to show what we expect once we see more of them. Heck as soon as they find out "rose" isn't on homeworld anymore they are going to be LIVID. Im exited to see how they will handle that.
We need antagonist
* white diamond giggling at the corner*
What I really want from White Diamond is for her to be irredeemable. Because so many characters have been redeemed, or at least the possibility is there. And I have no problems with the redemptions we have seen so far or will hopefully see in the future (coughjaspercough) because people can change. But some people can't or refuse to. And no matter the reasons behind White Diamonds actions I don't want her to be redeemed. Because so often the reasons behind a character's actions become excuses. Reasons are not excuses they're explanations. No matter is much you understand the reasonings behind someone's actions they don't become a better person. I think that's something Steven (and by extension the audience) needs to learn.
Yellow diamond has a Dangerous attitude but she needs to get more heartless and Savage like going on Earth herself then calls blue and white diamond for back up for a new era war and blue is still Emotionaly unstable since pink diamond accident
*5 minutes after the trial*
Blue: go sit in the corner yellow and think about your life
Thats an adventure time reference
I immediately clicked
I never noticed that in the end card the Temple Fusion is dabbing.. Lol
The Diamonds are, like, super heckin tall children.
SliceOfOtaku, for your next video I really hope you also touch on the subject on Christine Ebersole potentially being WD's voice actor
Hahahahaha!! I got a jewelry ad before this that began simply with a woman saying "Diamonds."
Anyone else notice that Yellow Diamond's power looks similar to the destabilizer rods we see Jasper use on Garnet and jailbreak?
How do gems feel pain without having a brain or cry without all the muscles in the eye?
They should show yellow execute a homeworld criminal to make her seem more villainous or maybe even BISMUTH
White Diamond is the one steven and the gang should fear
I believe the thing is that we know too much personal things about the Diamonds. We see how they feel instead of how they usually rule. Also they are still super emotional over the loss of Pink Diamond, so maybe every time something from earth comes out they just loose their chill. Spacially when it comes to someone who is suppose to be below them (in the case of Peridot and Yellow Diamond)
A thing that puzzled me in The Trial is that when Blue Zircon made the final accusation Yellow Diamond's expression was resigned sadness right before she poofed BZ. It's as if the accusation opened a pandora's box she knew was there and now she's mourning where she knows this is going to take things.
"Now take all this and couple it with *THE LEAKS*
Oh my god, yes. I'm feeling more terrified by Eclipsa and Toffee at this point, whereas all I am picturing with The Diamonds is Villain Decay personified. Hell, I'm more terrified of Miss Heinous right now, even though St. Olga's has been scrapped.
Could there be an ingrained subservience in all gems from the Diamonds?
I take yellow diamond seriously, I take them all seriously
Imagine if a gem joined the crystal gems for like 50 episodes, everyone loved them and trusted them, but in reality she infuriated them that would destroy all trust and love that the fans and crystal gems felt for them.
Awesome vid as usual slice! This is a problem the show has had for a while. Hopefully it'll be better in season 5! Would you be willing to do a vid about why you think no one from Homeworld seems to recognize the crystal gems? I would have thought at least gems would recognize Pearl as Rose's Pearl, and she would have her own criminal file. Blue diamond also didn't recognize sapphire back on the zoo as the one that fused with a Ruby and disappeared, even though sapphires are supposed to be really rare. Wouldn't eyeball have recognized Pearl and Garnet, Jasper too? They both fought in the war etc. never made sense to me.
That is a good point. It might be an inconsistency. I hope it gets addressed soon. Another thing that does not make sense is why has no one from Homeworld has gone after them despite knowing they were still around since the episode " Marble Madness" ?
love the channel please notice me bc of um Idk i've never been noticed 😂
Yellow diamond hears you called her a brat and she be like.........
* fuses with blue and white diamond and corrupts earth again* 😂
At 3:58 through 4:06 when yellow diamond is sneaking I get shivers because of her voice no matter how many times I watch this video
This conversation is a long time overdo. Do you know when Yellow Diamond was the most chilling and intimidating? In the episode "Keeping it Together", before we'd ever seen her on screen. The gem experiments were genuinely ruthless and horrifying, and made her seem like a true threat. But what can I say? Ever since the poofing of Jasper and Bismuth (the best antagonists the show ever had) this series has done nothing but let us down on villains, and the diamonds are just the most obvious example. Never mind that for most of the series, they basically dink as much as the Crystal Gems do while they execute their plan. Specifically, after seeing how horribly the writer's botched the episode "The Trial" (there's no security whatsoever at the trial, Steven isn't restrained in any way, despite being believed to be A DIAMOND SHATTERING TERRORIST, and he literally just walks right out of the room right in front of them, and they do absolutely nothing to stop him) I can never take the Diamonds seriously again. Never.
Hell Nah to me Blue diamond is the scariest one, yellow is just ready to kill on sight ,but nooo blue diamond likes to torture. If you watched The Trial yellow only wanted to shatter , but blue diamond said "No, I want to know what she thinks we are going to do to her because I want to do something worse." BLUE DIAMOND SCARY
i think that with the gem war and the death of pink diamond the other diamonds are in a state of mental weakness and have not come to terms with it ... yet.
Honestly, I love Yellow. Not sure why but she may even be one of my favorite characters. I do agree to a point; Peridot's rebellion against her and a few scenes in which she composed herself did not help her intimidating image at all. I remember first watching the show and being really excited to see my first Diamond on screen, I was really curious about what they would be like, especially after Blue's and even Yellow's initial debut. Blue seemed cruel, cold, and powerful, even with her serene and smooth voice in the flashback where she is introduced. Exactly the sort of vibe that seeing her mural gave me. Yellow's mural gave me a similar vibe, but with Peridot's obviously biased description of her in Message Received before the call is made, I thought she would be tyrannical and intimidating in contrast to Peridot's sucking up to her.
Which is partially true. When she first takes the call from Yellow Pearl, she looks pretty cool.... regal, sharp edges, makeup that reminds me of an Egyptian princess, and golden yellow. She looked fierce. But after Peridot's refusal to obey her, that first meme face sort of sparked the downfall of her portrayal IMO. It was funny on the first watch, but that's exactly it... I feel like they could have included a funny outcome without ruining the persona of YD. Not that I hate it or anything, but still. As someone who appreciates a bitter and terrifying villain once in awhile, I was a little disappointed later on as Yellow was more relatable in later appearances. And as much as I like to be able to relate to villains, I wish they'd pushed that back a bit. Creating more of a solid "scary" persona would have made it all the better when they started humanizing her with her song and etc.
And yes, at the Trial, she did play the bad cop. But you're also right in that she acted ruthlessly, and not in the scary way due to how she had been portrayed up until that point.
TLDR
Soooo, rant aside, as a Yellow fan I was a little disappointed that Yellow didn't uphold a stricter and more terrifying persona for longer before she either snapped out of anger or showed some empathetic traits.
How offensive to the LOGICAL and FLAWLESS Yellow Diamond. She is the most perfect gem out there. (My Diamond)
when i first heard who shattered pink i was like ok but the more i thought about it the more logik i applyied only a diamond can shatter a diamond and when the trial came out it gave me more reason to think a diamond did it
That's why I am hyped for Star vs way more
I love the villains in star vs the forces of evil, but I honestly love every character in Steven Universe
