The chartered accountant Mr Keshav said he earns 50 to 80k per month. You've added subtitle as 15 to 18k. Please change.

Gopalapuram, R.A.Puram, Abhiramapuram, Adyar, Boat club, Greenways road, some soecific parts of Nungambakkam are some of the areas which are predominantly occupied by the so called rich. Very important things to reduce cost of living in chennai,
1. Elders stay back in India while youngsters go abroad to earn. Similarly instead of increasing the load on this city, youngsters with imm family can stay earn and retire back to native where their parents live...
2. Flats will leave city greener
3. Public transport
4.Public schools
5. Public hospitals
6. Hygienic and healthy food, clothing
7. Like bangalore waste mgmt needs to be easily adopted..
8. Rain water harvesting
Something that is impossible
In bangalore there is no waste management
Panam iladavanga veetla avanga pasangala nalla padika vaikuradu than peria wealth compared to any long time savings.

The one person who you interviewed last gave the best and most valuable response for your questions (worth listening and following also) - it’s people like him that make Chennai the great city that it is 😊. Also agree totally with the comment that another guy gave about not linking accounts with UPI, that payment method still needs regulation in India - many sob stories are being reported recently including in Chennai😅

Unfortunately the end of the interview veered away from the topic on hand! 😅 But it would be worth having interviews on that topic of people's individual responsibility separately!
👍🏻👍🏻😊
The guy has an amazing thought process.. Govt can only bring in policies but it's the ppl who can follow, once we reduce a lot of places where the govt spends, taxes decrease and so does inflation.. It's all inter related.. Ppl should realise govt provides freebies from the tax we pay.. More freebies more tax(higher the commission for politicians)
2:23 - Rice 100-a?? Govt is giving free rice for card holders and even outside you can get it for 30-40 Rs.

Good Interview bro. Your statistics are worth to note. You could publish the source please. If we have a roof to stay and 10,000 per month then we are on Top 15% !!. India is such a poor country. 41% 1L to 8L i middle class. I remember that Saurabh mukerjea said that a middle class is one who earns up to 50L per annum
I don't know how accurate that statistic is? 👍🏻👍🏻🤝🏻
Ask question on whether the current tax rates is good or bad ? Whether they are happy? What tax should be changed? Where do you think is not being taxed and should be taxed, why? etc

Okey I will try
Me & my wife together earn 190K /month. We invest in our purchased land loan 50K/month and LIC Umang plan 25K/month .. i.e., 75K/Month as savings. Usually 30-40K / month for spending and we will save the remaining amount left for the gold loan that we used while buying land (extra amount from land loan). All our savings are short-term. Land loan for 10 years and a LIC policy for 15 years (already we completed 3 years) so I get a pension of 25K/month after that for a lifetime (max till 99 years old) meanwhile our principal amount will also get multiplied if I don't withdraw the invested money & importantly this policy includes our death cover (both of us) as a back up for us since we are childfree couple. Just sharing here!
Great thing congrats 👏🏻
All are good except LIC Umang. It was not an Investment. Go for mutual fund. Invest that 25k per month through SIP in Small Or Midcap schemes. After your retiring age withdraw that money through SWP mode. You can withdraw more than 50k per month till your death.
Everything ok son , you are good @ investments, I am also very Successful person in life, I am 55 now , the only thing bothering me is “ child free couple “ it is a personal choice and nobody has right to interfere, but your life will be very boring after 50s and you won’t have a purpose to live, if it is due to any medical issues I am sorry otherwise rethink over it, bless you

Try to create passive income which will help you to take over your monthly expenses before anything, setup the plan, and go all out.

How they can create a passive income when finding hard even manage expenses
@@sivag2032 good question brother, in a nutshell, if our consumption is bigger than a creation (creating values for others and for us), the chances of getting rich or reaching above the middle class definitely are going to be difficult for everyone. This was taken from RBL Bank (India) 3.50% to 8.00% meaning banks are encouraging people to save more instead of spending. Spending is not something wrong here but spending it wisely is the key here. First of all, we have to identify the direction of life first instead of following the majority, media, technology, or entertainment. Escapism is not the answer here. Since rental is one of the highest costs in Chennai, now you tell me how much to own a house or flat in Chennai that you think is decent living? then we can start from there on passive income creation plan or strategy.
@@sivag2032 can you tell me, can people in Chennai who earn around 20,000 per month can own a house or flat worth 553,846? or can we get a house worth 553,846 in Chennai?
