    सर 🙏सर हम लोग भी ऐसे प्लाट मे फस गये प्रोपर्टी जब रजिस्ट्री कराने जाते है तो ऐसी पलोट की सरकार क्यो रजिस्ट्री कर्ता है गरिब को लोग फस रहा है इस लिये नही सरकार से ये रिकवोस्ट करती हू की डिलर को पकरे और गरिब का पैसा वापस करबाये और ऐसे डिलर को सज्जा तो दिलाया जाय ईसपे सख्त सूनबाई होनी चाहिए गरिब का मेहनत का पेसा ऐक ही झटके मेलूट लेता हे जय श्री राम

    I have purchased a land by a land plotter for 45 Lakh. I have paid 70% amounts and for remaining amount I have given the PDC (Post dated cheque) for another 6 months. For plot registry and Dakhil Kharij has been completed for me.
    I get to know, this land is agriculture land (But on my registry paper, it's mentioned as residential land). I also get to know , Gov approval has not been taken for this plot.
    Should I cancel the my given cheque? Does my registry get cancelled after cancelling the cheque? What should I do?

      Actually agricultural land ka jb chote chote hisse ma bik jata hai toh voh automatically residential bnn jata hai agr mere pass 1 bissa zameen hai aur ma 100 gaj kisi ko de du toh 100 gaj ma kheti nhi ho skti isliye voh automatically residential bnn jata hai
