    docs.house.gov/meetings/FA/FA1...
On May 20, 2015, the Subcommittee on Africa, Global Health, Global Human Rights, and International Organizations of the United States House of Representative held a hearing to discuss the need to change US Policy toward Rwanda.
Chairman Smith on the hearing said: “The Government of Rwanda has cooperated with the international community in numerous areas but there continue to be persistent, credible reports of human rights abuses by this government both inside and outside the country. Our hearing will examine these reports and try to determine how this reality impacts U.S policy toward Rwanda.”

It is unfortunate that emotional manipulation can promote that instinct that many Afrikans display towards cognitive dissonance when presented with the reporting and evidence and remain unable to defend against the facts.

If so, then I would ask you to prove it. It is unfortunate that emotional manipulation can promote that instinct that many Afrikans display towards cognitive dissonance when presented with the reporting and evidence and remain unable to defend against the facts.
No time to waste fooling anyone. Stated what was stated and others are free to review or refute with their if information if to the contrary
Would never confuse this fraud Kagame for anything pan-Afrikan. If anything his is one of several faces of a hijacked pan-Afrikanism being used to further globalist objectives.
      At the expense of Afrikans.

as well as Friends of Congo. Kagame is not considered "The Elites Favorite Strongman" for nothing. Every crime he has committed against AfriKans was done on behalf of the same West that both trained and sponsored him..

In 2006, President Obama, who was then a senator from Illinois, authored the Congo Relief Security and Democracy Promotion Act. Section 101(5) and (6) of Obama’s 2006 Congo legislation reads:“(5) The most recent war in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which erupted in 1998, spawned some of the world’s worst human rights atrocities and drew in six neighboring countries.“"
"The U.N. Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNOHCHR) issued a report on the Congo called “The United Nations Mapping Exercise Report.” This report affirms that the Rwandan government is responsible for the most serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law in the Congo. Moreover, the observation of some of the crimes committed in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has led investigators to say that some elements “if proven before a competent court, could be characterized as crimes of genocide.”
