Sean Anthony your content was great, and I’m wondering whether I can do this kind of business in my country or not, especially in finding the white label company in Indonesia. You might want to see if Indonesia is a potential market? I’d love to collaborate with you! Thanks Sandy
I dig it Sean. Lots of white labeling companies out there to choose from. I chose to keep all the profits by just learning the skill. Built this agency up to 6 figures in less than 12 months all from a room that looks just like yours 😂😂
I just seen you now and i actually did it this morning without knowing this is called Drop Services. I lost my own event management business due to corona. learned digital skills during locked down, started a digital agency, after months of working got first client few days ago. Talk about the price of having a funnel, then paying for hosting, and doing that every month, along with advertising and google ads. You gotta land big clients first week to keep that going.
Don't need a funnel or advertising to get started. You can use a simple Wordpress/Squarespace/Wix landing page which will run you $6-30/mo depending what you use. And you can use free methods (cold calling, cold emailing, social media messages) to get clients.
Hi Anthony, thank you so much for this, I found this video super informative, looking forward to learning more on how to set up and market my website/business and
In this video, at 7:02, you mentioned that you would make a video of 'How to Find a Service to Deliver'. Has this particular video been made? This is a Great & Informative video. Thanks Sean👍
Hi Sean. This video is packed with so much value. Thank you Very much. Please as a beginner how do you suggest I convince clients that I'm in touch with? Especially when they want to see testimonials or samples.
Where do you get clients in drop servicing? Like what’s effective? Can I use discord and diff social media platforms? I don’t believe in crazy advertising because the downfall of a new business is the failure to meet demand
Not 67% margin, is 300% margin. 67% would be $198 profit. Yeh a bit better than 20% ecom margins haha, though scale and automation matters also in total potential profits. Nice tips on how to find verticals and providers, though most important is how to find and sign the clients.

Yep, high demand and high ROI service. You would have to package it in a way that doesn't require you to do 'custom work' for each client, but definitely doable.
Hi Sean, I'm Argel from the Philippines. Thank you for sharing your knowledge about drop servicing and I'm willing to learn more from you. Question? when i buy your book "Six Figure Drop Servicing" is it enough for me to understand and apply how the Drop servicing works? Thank you!
I’m interested in the drop servicing industry. Unlike dropshipping, isn’t there any chance that my clients will get mad at me? Finding out they could have gotten the same service for less money? Just curious if this is even a thing to consider. Thanks for any feedback.
Hi Sean, great vid and new subscriber. I was just wondering, shouldn't we factor in the costs of running the website and ads to your website? If someone is running GoogleAds to their website, that could easily be $400-600/month just in ad costs (and that's a low expenditure). For someone that's just starting out with no money and no clients, isn't that kind of impossible? What if you run the ads for X months at the beginning while getting 0 clients? Also, how about a money back guarantee for your customers if they don't like the results? Then if your clients want a refund, you're out of pocket, as you're paying the white label company, plus the ads. Any tips on how to minimize those risks? (maybe an idea for another vid?) Many thanks :)
Hey ludovico thanks for watching. A beginner does need to use ads, there are free methods that I cover extensively on my channel. For money back guarantee, you will sometimes be able to find providers that will offer this. If not, you don’t have to offer a guarantee from the start it just helps with sales conversion. Also if you’re worried about that you can build up a portfolio and case studies by working with people you already know in your warm network.
Been solid! Spent the last 2 years selling my previous businesses, building up a new one from scratch, and now getting back into the groove with content. How about you?
This is great! I will surely try this out. But what confuses me is the communication between the client and me. Would I need to link the client to the person I'm getting the service from or would pass emails on? If that makes sense. Hope to see your reply :)
So, how I would get a client and than give it to a frelancer?? Freelancer has more chance to get Facebook ad job than me. I do not have portfolio, I do not have idea how to make FB ad, I do not have frelance profile... Why the client wouldn't go directly to that freelancer, why he would choose me... I really o not get it! But if that service is $297 how to sell it for 3x more?? Our client can have it him self for 297
So whenever someone purchases a 600$ packet, do you redirect a person to the linked in page? wouldn't a customer see the price tag of $200 there? Thank you

Cómo se consiguen los clientes para darles esos servicios
this sounds great in theory but there has to be some drawbacks can you some of them
Sure, if you're asking about drawbacks to white labeling a big one is that you don't have as much control. If something happens with the fulfillment provider, or they can't keep up with demand, or their quality starts slipping up, then it can be tricky. It's also not a guarantee you'll find the perfect provider on the first try.
