And tbh lol the volume of the music was perfect with the volume of your voice haha. It's hard to find an hour class with a good balance of working out and also restorative. You nailed it! As for my workouts... besides Pilates a few times per week, I walk, ride my bike, and do yoga. I incorporate light weights and stretchy bands into my pilates workouts a couple times per week as well. What else do you incorporate besides Pilates?

Sorry it didn’t work out for you. We really try and focus on proper form and posture. There’s a ton of faster paced videos out on RUclips which may be a better fit for you.

@@MVMTwithCailin Right now just Pilates. I used to run 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. I’ve been letting my leg heal, & hope to combine workouts soon.
