Is there any way to use stock bar end weight's along with these? Removing the stock end weights increases vibrations on handlebar a lot, and also stock are heavier than these 180gm ones

No, its not possible to retain the OE weights unfortunately.
Usually the weight of the Barkbusters themselves come up to approx. the weight of the OE weights. In case you are seeing a lot of vibration, there could be other causes for this. First, make sure that the handlebar itself is aligned equally on both sides and it is not bent. Next, we would suggest loosening all bolts, realigning the brackets and then re-tightening. Misalignment and incorrect tightening could sometimes cause some vibrations.
The next option is to add the Barkbusters add-on bar end weights that are designed to work along with Barkbusters though. These, along with the weight of the handguards themselves, should give you more weight than the OE bar-end weights.

It's not mandatory, but will help in the reduction of any vibration in the bar (if any)
