Why are all the idiots on bikes and scooters and skateboards tolerated? That's endangering pedestrians and the signs are all over the place. Where are the police on patrol? One or two officers on foot or in cars at the cross streets would stop that crap fast. But with no cops the idiots brazenly break the rules.
