  • Stress that lasts for long periods of time needs immediate attention. You can become so used to chronic stress that you don't realize it is a problem. If you don't find ways to manage stress, it will lead to health problems.
When you have chronic stress, your body stays alert, even though there is no danger. Over time, this puts you at risk for health problems, including:
    High blood pressure
    Heart disease
    Diabetes
    Obesity
    Insomnia
    Depression or anxiety
Skin problems, such as acne or eczema
    Menstrual problems

In regards to which thumb to use, you can use either one. If you are not getting the effects as much as you should then it would be best to try both thumbs. Many of you will be shocked because these points do have Neurophysiological effects in the body. Wishing you good health! 😊❤️🙏

    1. self-relationship reflection (THIS IS ESSENTIAL!)
    2. the only failure is not doing/trying
    3. no one is coming to save you
    4. be the partner you want to have
    5. turn down some things so that you can focus on the things that really matter TO YOU!
    6. take responsibility
    7. you give power to who you blame
    8. generally: if you have to tell someone you ARE that, then you are NOT that
    9. don't view exercise/dance/movement as an exchange for something
    10. trust yourself
    11. growth requires loss
    12. fuck being normal
    13. can't say 'no'? this makes your 'yes' meaningless
    14. be careful and intentional and deliberate on how you define yourself
    15. don't make assumptions
    16. no one thinks about you that much
    17. confidence comes from: comfort with failure
    18. develop a willingness to be disliked/hated, and disapproved of
    19. your tongue controls the direction of your life (SPEAK LIFE NOT DEATH!)
    20. don’t trust in people, trust in GOD
    21. stop living by the brainwashed-programmed rules and ideals of other people
    22. be careful who you idealize
    23. if you don’t change the way you see yourself, nothing else will change...
    24. get VERY comfortable saying 'no' very loudly and clearly and honestly and firmly
    that being said,
    I want to die
    my life is hell
    with no escape
    so,
    I have a prayer:
    - health wealth love
    - deeper closer healthier connections with those whom I love
    - healing, on every level, in every way, for all of us
    - to be radically honest, with everyone, about everything
    - financial freedom
    - twin-flame (re)union (true and real love)
    - a tribe of true and real friends
    - to thrive off my talents and passions...
    - blissful magical wonderous joy, always, in all ways...

One time i did this exercise and felt nothing so I thought it didn’t work, but today I realize i didn’t actually need it that day. Now i started this video with my legs shaking restlessly and after just the first exercise immediately my legs stopped shaking and i felt like he said (to the floor) just a calm over all feeling took over, nothing magical but the restlessness I felt melted away and instead my mind became more clear and my body calm. Thank you sir 😌

So... my kundalini yoga teacher taught us to press into the thymus firmly when hands are in prayer position, for several breathing techniques, specifically to stimulate the thymus, just like in your first exercise, so I've been doing that one, and it works.
I just did the thumb/pituitary pressure, and about 5 seconds in, definitely felt some light buzzing going on in my brain and forehead. I didn't sleep last night, and had the worst headache this morning.
    These definitely helped. Thank you.

I am always open to learning new tools to help myself feel better , reduce anxiety and sleep better.
I did both of these tools last night before bed and felt a calming affect for sure. Subtle but real.
I thought wow , ok another type of calming type meditation/breath work to add to my tool box to draw on as resources for me. I felt grateful.
Wow … man oh man ! I had nightmares within 1-2 hours of falling asleep. Real vivid nightmare that woke me up but I fell back to sleep pretty quickly only to be awakened again another hour later by more nightmares. This time my heart was pounding so bad and I was very disturbed , I was awake for almost 3 hours. I spent that time in meditation, prayer and journaling.
After the 3 hour self care I went back to bed and had another night mare !
    WTH?!!!?? 😳😱🧐
I’m afraid to utilize this again tonight.
I have a condition called C-PTSD and DID (diagnosed 30 years ago and currently in therapy as a result of the ins and outs of these conditions.

They immediately shifted my mood, calmed my nervous system and allowed me to feel ready to get up and do what I needed to. This is one of the most helpful pieces of info I have come across in helping my body relax when it is in the grip of the “off” symptoms labeled Parkinson’s. I can literally feel it working first in my brain as I breathe, then through my body and legs and feet as I do the thumb moves, effect continuing for some time after and it speeds up my recovery. It also starts releasing the pressure that builds up in head and sinus at these times. Reply glad to have found this - Thankyou.
