Anwen. I gave up smoking after 30+ years and what I found helped me was each time I wanted a cigarette I just told myself I had just had one. It sounds absolutely bonkers and if anyone had suggested that to me I would of laughed at them but it did actually work. So weird but give it a go. I’ve been smoke free for 2-3 years now
There was a film with Ricky Gervais, and it was about a film Ricky Gervais starred in that was about him and then it’s spiralled from there. It was called the invention of lying.. 💖🐩🐩💖🐈⬛🐈⬛🐈⬛👍👍🌹🌹🦇🕷️🕸️💀🖤🕸️🕊🌈
Your hair is trying to be eaten but earlier today mine crawled into my coat pocket & I zipped it up & didn't realize it until I was trying to stand up. All witnessed by a friend I was visiting who asked what the puck I was doing as I sat back down in a hurry & freed my hair in a panic. My Hairs are wild & untamed also 😊.
You can vape without nicotine, that's what I do. I have a refillable vape and I buy 0% nicotine liquid. So at least I know that it's a habit and not an actual addiction. Thanks for the reminder that subtle small lies are necessary for politeness and to get along. I feel like a phony when I pretend to be happy or act like a someone isn't being dumb. I never knew that a "trump" also meant fart... yowzer.
I think for me though it’s the hand to mouth thing I don’t like but also I worry about my poor lungs - but yeah I totally think switching to nic free would be a great way to stopping ❤
I quit smoking 26 years ago after a decade two pack a day addiction. The hand to mouth, finger fiddling, and inhaling was the most challenging part for me. Try coffee stir straws. You can suck on them, twirl them, and chew on them, and they're not loaded with sugar like whatever today's English version of a Tootsie Roll pop is. I don't know if it'll work the same since vapes are larger than cigarettes, but maybe you could use a full size straw. Eventually, you'd lose the habit. Good luck! 🦋
You should do vlogs and GIRL these gen z kids are completely obsessed woth skincare now! I feel like skincare reviews and tutorials would bring you a ton of traffic.
And I still love you... because when I was pregnant and bored you were there... of course you dont know us... but we do know you in a special way 🤪Comments are just comments you know... leave them be
Yeah i have been smoking for 29 years and i cant stop i have tried it sucks cause they cost to much money now they are 12 bucks where i am and i smoke a pack a day i have to stop somehow
I quit a NASTY 44 year smoking habit a year ago in October by switching to vaping. I've been thinking of starting to wean off the low nic salts to the no nic salts, but I too think for me it's a "hand to mouth" thing and if I try to give up the vape entirely I'd want to smoke cigarettes again, and I don't want to do that. I've tried a couple of cigs since quitting and could only handle 2 or 3 puffs because it was so nasty. PS...I'd trump in front of you, but I'd definitely say "excuse me" as if I'd burped. Bum burps. LMAO. Love & BIG HUGS to you, the boys, Hunies, and the kitties!
I did the same, I used to smoke roll ups at uni (I never like cigarettes for some reason! ) but loved rollies 😂 When we were trying to conceive I switch to the vape and gave up all together when I got pregnant. So that was easy because there was something much bigger than myself to consider! I didn’t smoke at all for around 4 years but then fell down the slipppery vape again because Hunies vapes so it was accessible to me - combined with being stressed the vape just called me in lol 😂 Sometimes I just think ‘ life is tough, we all need a vice’ and I don’t drink alcohol so is vape ok? I justify it that way to myself 😂 The only thing I don’t like is the habit, I hate that I am not really in control of the vape, it controls me - and I don’t like that 😂 explained that terribly but I will make a video discussing further as I think I am not alone in the vape saga ❗️ ❤
@@AnwenWilliams nah, you explained perfectly! I have no vices either, other that coffee, vintage nail polish, and my car, so...I guess quitting the vape is a mind over matter thing, and would need to replace it with something else in order to give it up. What that "something else" is I do not know, but I do rather enjoy vaping, much more than I ever did smoking.

Where did you grow up and go to school
I've got a question... Are you going to have any more kids?
