Great video brother. One small suggestion..dont top up the break fluid while removing the pistons..hold the breaks and pull out the pistons with a plier..they will come out easily Again thanks for the video..cheers👍
We should not hold the piston with pliers bro, it will create a scratch mark on the piston and that will damage the inside rubber O ring. Topping up brake fluid was the easiest solution without harming any part or without the requirement of any tool
Thank you for the video a big help! Btw bro how did you did the brake fluid reservior setup, it looks dope, please make a video i'd want to do it in my gt
Bro that is not just reservoir but the complete master cylinder brake setup. It did cost me 4000 Rs for both side (cluch and brake). 1st copy of Brembo, looks awesome decent breaking capacity. And really really thanks for watching my video. Please do subscribe to my channel .
@@cgt5353 any information regarding disc plate for front , mine has got loose on weld joints . so now need a new disc , so is there any alternative disc for direct fit
@@amol7791shah Alternative I haven't tried yet bro but, try to find any disc size of 300mm. May be Java bikes or new Mentor bike's disc might match, Or Benelli bike. But in this case go with Brembo one bro the stock one.
Yes luckily last week only i cleaned it. You need a nose pin pliers for that, you need to open using nose pliers and be careful there is no replacement part of the reservoir. You can call me on 9874751158 for more details.
Bro do u know any substitution for brembo assembly kit. Mine need to replace . repairing kit is not available and need to change the whole assembly cost of 10k
@@ramboram6384 I got that but what do you want in that??? Piston, sliding pin, retaining pin, the vaccum rubber components, O rings etc etc. What are you looking for exactly?
@@ramboram6384 BTW I think Honda CBR 250R non abs caliper components will fit. Once again, it's my assumption. I am thinking because the disc pad are same for both.
