Very nice build. We have a fleet of Wheelhorses here. These "red Cubs" are what sparked my interest in Garden tractors in the first place. My "Grampa" had one when I was a bit smaller... Really nice work making it your own. Good useful modifications. I'm particularly impressed with the ignition switch. I need something like that for a project I'm working on. "Subscribed"...
Came out nice. You should do a temp gauge on the hydro system. It's the most important part. On hydrolic systems the fluid heats up it becomes less "useful" and should be allowed to cool. Exactly the same as transmission in truck or car. A good add on cooler with a fan will increase your power ratio if nessasary also. When you do get into a bigger tractor you can see how this works better. In the small tractors like this its not so much of an issue until you start pulling or pushing with it. Just think, eventually you will get a little tractor with a full hydro system and a little farmer hat... Maybe overalls... On a brighter note.. I might be working up at my place clearing the rest of road, building it along with a range at about 200 yrds and a nice area to 🚜 plant veggies. If this corona garbage ever ends you can come over and have some fun.... Want to see what's going to become of the JD... Electric should be interesting👍
@@roybertalotto6355 just noticed the info I wrote... Have no idea how it turned out so scrambled.. Lol any way. Hope your well and Karen too. Yards looking good and build yourself a mote around that are and add fish and a draw bridge! Lol

Thanks, good ideas. There is a fan on the hydro unit. Might look into adding temp monitor.

Too bad its not an IH. Wrong rear end, does not look like the cast iron IH rear end. I believe this is an MTD product. looks good though.
Doesn't matter now. I sold it.
