My family and I are so grateful that I get to do this.
Crafsman you need to let that camera run on that rain and post a nice hour long video of rain sounds and your thoughts on life
Nacthem YES!!! Great idea!!!
This has been mentioned a few times. I'm going to heartify this comment so that people can like up on it. If we get a good bunch of likes, I'm going to straight make y'all a video of just rain sounds. :D
Yes please.
Yes! The way you edit your videos that include your home is quite beautiful and poetic. And your voice is so chill and comforting.
yes, that would be great! Rain on a tin roof, ahh the memories and moments that could produce.... :D
GUYS! This is truly the most positive, loving group of commenters I’ve ever seen on a you tube video. So wonderful. Love the Crafsfam!
Actually, I'm a terrible, argumentative commenter in general. Still, I can't help but leave that at the door when Crafsman is speaking. He brings out the best in people.
When I get on here and start replying to y'all, it sometimes feels like I'm talking to the best of the best viewers on RUclips. Like if there had been a bottle of "Premium RUclips Viewers" that was poured out on my channel, but someone didn't read where it said "CONCENTRATED - ADD WATER (OR NEGATIVE VIEWERS)". So there's no dilution - just overabundance of Premium RUclips Viewers commenting all up on my videos. Eeeeeeevery once in a while there's a negative one. But not enough to detract from the overwhelmingly positive. This may have not been the best illustration, but it's how my mind does.
Bearded Emperor Awwwww. ❤️
TheCrafsMan SteadyCraftin That is a perfect metaphor for a storyteller such as yourself! 😘
Jenn Summer it sure is Jenn ain't it? That's coz creating is a calming process and we all love to create here so we are all like minded people ☺ no hate on this channel coz Mr Craftsman is the best! 😉
Crafsman, I think you're God's gift to RUclips! You be blessed, too! 👍
Wow. Thank you so much for your kindness. Y'all overwhelm me with good words, my friend.
Hahahaha I lost it when you choose to do a question mark, love it
"...maybe you got a friend that's confused"....lolll
;) Thank you for watching!
#WATCHMEANIMATE Man, If you ain't confused in this day and age, you're doing something right, and I wanna know what it is. Lol
Came here to leave this comment! I love you so much Crafsman. I cant wait til you go full time.
lol! I have a bunch of them!
It was literally this line that got my like and subscription. :D
Didn't want this to end.
I could watch him craft for hours......no lie.
Thanks so much! Super kind of you.
And just like that, my day got better. I appreciate you.
So good to read things like this, Jerry!
"That means jewellery....
Mostly jewellery."
You are by far the funniest creator on RUclips with @colinfurze coming in right behind you
"maybe your friends lastname is Threenails.." Had me in stiches!!
Haha! Thanks so much, my man. Always appreciate your good words. :)
The legendary Randall Johnson!!
Definitely the best channel on youtube
So very kind of you! :)
I appreciate your calm manner. You are the Bob Ross of crafting. That is a fine complement right there.
*I'm so happy that you're making more videos! I've lost 3 siblings in less than 6 months, and your videos always make me smile even when I'm feeling low. Thanks!!!*
Jennifer, I'm so sorry to hear of your losses. :( Truly. Knowing I can bring some little happiness into your life is a bigger deal to me than I can express in a RUclips comment.
Wow, Jennifer L., so sorry to hear that. My heart goes out to you. Hard to imagine that kind of loss.
Jennifer - I'm so sorry for your losses. I just experienced the same thing plus one day I went out for a 15 minute errand and when I got back home, my dog had died. I believe the Lord puts us through these tough times to "anneal" us - as the Craftsman does to metal through fire to strengthen us for bigger things. God Bless and today Merry Christmas!
Hey CrafsMan, we come here for your vibe, your slow and smooth pace as much as we do the craftin'. You're a warm bit of listening AND a cool maker of things. Keep it relaxed. Don't let that rush to push new content sweep you up, don't loose what makes sight of what makes you special. I hope to purchase some of your work. I have a friend that would love your Cutlery-Key Musicians!
Thanks so much, Patrick!
Literally SQUEALING over the elephant! They are my absolute favorite. I love them (and you) so much. And the rings are so beautiful! I have plenty of confused friends who would like the question mark necklace, haha. Wonderful video, friend! I do hope you’ll sell some rings and elephants. Love! 💕💕
Thanks so much, Jenn! :D (I got to figure out emojicons.)
@@TheCrafsMan Yes, CrafsMan, I agree with Jenn--please put some of those question marks for confused friends and elephant pendants and a whole bunch of your other creations on your Etsy page. I enjoy watching you work it out!
A glass of wine and a Crafsman video has become my favorite way to unwind after work. His voice is so soothing and I learn things!
I have to go to work now, but when I come home I will put you right back up! This is absolutly the greatest craftchannel on RUclips!
Wow. Thank you so much!
And the rain footage is stunning. Those colors!
:D Glad you enjoyed that! Had to grab it while I could.
@ Jenn: Yess, you are right!
@@TheCrafsMan Thecrafsman, you have one hot sub here....Jenn 😉
Eloquently spoken about the elefork. Excellent entertainment~
;) At the community college, I took a course about Using Words Good. Didn't know I'd be putting that into play on RUclips. :D Thanks for watching!
@@TheCrafsMan Did you also take Video Editing, Storytelling and Sound Editing at the community college? Man, you're good at everything!
When watching the News gets overwhelming, I watch your videos. Instantly, all is right with the world.
I make jewelry from bits and pieces that I pick up in alleys and off the street and auto junkyards. You've just sent me in a whole new direction. Thank you.
Do you have a SPOON BOX now? It makes sense once you've seen it, but I never thought of that before. I could probably get fifty pounds of spoons by just going to the two or three thrift stores closest to me, this is a rich field. I really liked the part where he's inviting us to pick out a spoon from the box full. I have called this kind of material "Metamaterials" since they aren't RAW materials, they're already worked, and have some kind of story, and their own texture and so on. Our host is seeing them in a different way than the factory. As opposed to if you melted them down and cast something, for example. They keep some of their history. It comes to me just now that there are probably whole books about this idea and I'm just thinking about it here! Well, I got a lot out of the video about silver-soldering, so I'm up for any new production now. So, I guess I'll make something out of a SPOON, why not?
@@leonardpearlman4017 No need for spoons so far, but I have 1885 Oneida grapevine flatware so I have a stock if needed. I once saw wind chime made out all different forks, lovely and a lovely sound.
Only one or two times a year you will find an amazing channel like this!
Wow. Mighty encouraging comment, sir. Thank you!
Delightful, I loved the elephants and the professional Musician!
:D Thanks for watching! Happy you enjoyed this.
"Maybe you got a friend that's confused..."
It's me. That friend is me.
Always love watching you work!
HAHAHA! Thank you for watching!
I have no idea what I was searching for, but then I happened to come upon The CrafsMan... His silky voice and the puppet got me hooked!!
Glad you checked out my channel! Thanks for the kind comment. :D
Crafsman you are so talented. You see things that most people can't. The Lord really blessed you with that talent. Thank you so much for sharing with us. May God bless you and Mrs crafsman.
Thanks so much, my friend. I can only take credit for the Bentfolks, because someone else came up with the elephants and keyfinders a long time ago. But I steady wake up feeling blessed every day. Thankful, and hope to keep on staying thankful. :D
I love it but come on craftsman 11:55 it's on the tip of your tongue call it a keytar
AHHHHHHH!!!!!! That would have been right on the money! LOL!
@@TheCrafsMan Don't worry C Man I got your back
I know it’s gonna be a happy day when a new Crafsman video pops up!
I try to make y'all happy, my friend! :D
Like Chicago's song... "You bring feelings to my life you're my inspiration". That's what you are Crafsman, you bring life and inspiration to all of us. Thank you for being here. Love ya😊.
Theraputic to watch you, your creative genius, your love of what God gives us - like the rain, and your true gentlemanly manner.
I never tire of seeing each an every little character you create.
Ha ha ha, this guy is the greatest. I have been watching his craft videos all day and I'm not even a crafts person. Oh man, God knows how to make em'. This is a great channel, awesome dude!
Love your ideas. My husband turned me on to you and now I know why ! You are very creative!🤩
Please thank him for that! Hope y'all keep on enjoying! THANKS SO MUCH!
Seriously. This might be my current favorite channel. You're pacing and editing is fantastic. Your sense of humor is spot on. Just a joy to watch. Then the voice. Crafsman could narrate anything.
Me too. Discovered him yesterday and I'm obsessed. The Crafsman could bring World Peace, he's such a unifying force.
I have never had any desire to subscribe or have my own channel until today, after watching this video. Listening was so calming, almost meditative, and I learned something too. I will be back whenever I have a new project to research, or ... just need to chill. Many thanks.
Thank you so much!
You are the only one that I will support on patreon as of yet, because you strike me as a real genuine and legitimately decent person
Cory, that means SO much to me. I can't do it justice with a RUclips comment. Thank you!
The Crafsman to the rescue! Brightened up a cloudy Monday evening!
Always appreciate your kindness! :D
Thank you so much for your videos. They are so nice and peaceful
Glad you like them, Ryan! Thanks for keepin' on watching!
I could sit and listen to you talk all day, you have a very relaxing voice. Even when you said you were stressing because you couldn't figure out what to make. And I really like the things you made, especially the musician.
Make yourself some scale armour with those left over spoons.
Got me wondering how heavy that would be. Hrm.....
I don't know but hey, you're the Crafsman, the one and only, try a few pieces and see what it's like.
TheCrafsMan SteadyCraftin only one way to find out!
Daughter and I ordered the Pepe Mark II ring bender, hammer and mandrel last Saturday! Made sure we ordered through your affiliate links under your video! Shipping is to be 5 to 8 days! Can hardly wait, any day now! These are great additional uses for the bender! I would never have bought one if it weren't for your videos! Another winner, CrafsMan! I already know folks who would love to have these as gifts!
Aww, that is mighty nice of y'all! :D I'm telling you ahead of time, it will be hard to go back to bending silverware (or other metal things) any other way. :D The curves are nice and uniform, and it makes it so easy. I've even bent thick stainless steel handles on this thing. If the plastic/delrin/nylon parts ever wear down, they sell replacements. I've yet to replace mine, though, and they look pretty rough. :D Holler if y'all have any questions about it! ( thecrafsman@gmail.com ) And thanks again for your consideration!
Crafsman made my Tuesday! Thanks for inviting us into your workshop and sharing your wisdom!
SO glad! Thank you for watching! I was gonna save it until Thursday or Friday but I said "Let's see what happens if I release this on a Tuesday." I would not have gotten this comment otherwise! :D
I’m gland I discovered you, sir. The crafs are definitely down the same avenue I had in mind for projects. God bless.
Thanks so much, sir! Glad you found my channel, and I hope you continue to enjoy! God Bless you!
I love these. The elephants are great. Please sell these in your shop. I’d love one of the elephants in sterling for my son as an ornament for our tree. He is 3 and obsessed with elephants.
Love your channel and Your creativity.
Thanks so much!
Brother, you are so chill to listen to. Easy listening craft, steady as!
Was just marveling at how many comments you reply to, and how many projects you've got going on, and still seem to be 1000% laid all the way back.. and then this video showed me how you get it all done: 4:51 (note: this is normal speed, most people probably thought it was sped up)
Hahahahaha! :) Thank you! I did mention on Facebook the other day, that me replying to comments has a lot to do with Community College and Mavis Beacon. :)
I was just listening to you speak and almost forgot what the video was about. So soothing.
great video!! I love how you bring us along in your creative process, letting us see how you think things through instead of just showing the final product is fantastic. I've been collecting some spoons lately so going to try some different ideas with those...Love the Bent Folk forks!! A happy way to spend my evening after work. Thanks CrafsMan for once again putting some fun and positivity out there in the world! Loved the peaceful rain ending too.
So happy you enjoyed this one, Mrs. Kelly! :D I admit, it would be EASIER to just show y'all the final product and describe how I did it, but I'd feel like that's too big a shortcut. :D
@@TheCrafsMan I'm sure it would be easier, We appreciate showing us how and describing how you did it!!
The rain was a good note to end on. I really liked that video you made a while back about the land around your house. The area where you live is very beautiful, and I think it contrasts well with all the metal and machines in your workshop that make up most of your videos.
Thank you for that! I'm glad it started raining when it did. At first I thought I'd have to just re-record the ending audio, but decided to go with it. Glad I did now! :)
One noun for the CrafsMan poetry of spoken words.......I say awesomeness.
Hi crafsman, wanted to let you know my free range chicken made it safe and sound to my doorway today! thanks you and thanks crafsmama for your efforts. I'll be smiling all night looking at it thinking of how i"ll try and paint it and share it with you all. keep on steadycraftin and thanks for all that you do.
Happy to hear that, Michael! PLEASE feel free to share pictures with us! On Instagram: @steadycraftin, and use tags #freerangechicken #steadycraftin. :D
I could sit & listen to you talk all day. Your voice is a combination of Bob Ross & Morgan Freeman.
Love, love, love the Elephant pendant. You make me want to pick up a hammer and go crazy on Grandma's silverware! Thanks
Those little elephants are so cute. You're videos always brighten my day.
Thank you so much! :D
I really appreciate you narrating/walking us through your process of deciding how to decorate the pendant piece! "Should I use leaves? This nice apple? A thick cog? I can't decide, and therefore must use a question mark."
Another sweet video, Crafts Man. Love your content, and I'm so glad SorrowTV shouted you out so many months ago!
Aww, thank you! :D I'm so glad SorrowTV mentioned my video, too. Brought a lot of nice folks over here. Some interesting ones, too... but mostly nice people like you, Elaina! :D
This is my first visit to your channel and, I know I would love hearing your voice reading, or telling life stories. I am a loner and love calm things so I subscribed to your channel.God gave you gifts thank you for sharing them.
Love how you get creative with stuff that others would see no purpose for. Gets me thinking of stuff I got laying around. I like the way you think Crafsman!
Thank you, Smantha! I can't take credit for these things, really. I saw the forks elsewhere - they're relatively common. Keyfinders, too. I DID come up with the "Bentfolks" at the end, though. :D
@@TheCrafsMan you passed on creativity that inspired you! Awesomeness. I love the bent folks. Very nice.
I was thinking about those key finders and even without the hole and key loop they could be clipped to a knitter's yarn bowl to pull the yarn evenly. A proper yarn bowl can run $35-40 but a bent spoon and some e6000 and a bowl might make a really nice and easy gift for my step dad this holiday as he's a big knitter.
I LIKE THAT!!!!! You've hit on something useful, and should go with it! :D
I don't knit but that idea is mindblowing! 👏❤☝👊
My favorite online sharer of great information regarding crafting. So enjoyable!
Thank you so much, Patricia! I'm delighted you enjoy my channel!
I'd love you'd have a podcast talking about random stuff, whatever that is. Your voice is so relaxing that listening you feels like having a brain massage.
Wow. Very nice of you, and very encouraging to me. Thanks so much!
Agreed, your voice and technique is smooth and calming. I appreciate you being you.
I do love your annonimity. We all have a picture in our minds of what thecrafsman looks like.
Thanks, Kento! That brings up an interesting idea. I would like to see how people picture Crafsman. :D
Thank you for sharing both your experience and knowledge in such a unique way. You are gifted.
I'm so happy you showed the rain! You really are the best part of RUclips
SO glad you enjoyed that! And to think - I almost re-recorded the end audio when the rain set in. :) Happy it turned out like that.
I have no idea how I ended up here, but I’m so glad zI did. I thoroughly enjoyed this.
I'm glad you did, too! :D Thank you for watching!
Aww everything you make is so cute! I am in awe of your collection of cutlery and keys and all sorts - so pretty 😄
I really appreciate how you show the creative process, with ideas, suggestions, tips for and mistakes so that we can learn and experienment with our creativity.
I never knew spoons could be so versatile now if I go into a charity shop (thrift store) I'm gonna be on the lookout for interesting cutlery
Thank God I found this video again. It’s February 12 and I hope I can finish making the elephant necklace so I can give it to my friend on Valentine’s Day. Thanks Crafsman 👍
You're always start unpretentious and humble. Then you deck us with outstanding work.
Thank you.
I’d dig an ambient rain video shot by you, Crafsman.
Thank you for saying that, Lea! I really want to do it, but am afraid if I release one, it will get a lot of negative feedback. Maybe I can put in the title "There are no crafts up in this." :)
The ending transition with your last sentence over the rain was top stuff, Crafsman. Those Wes Anderson-style yellow titles looked great contrasting with the background. I hope people are picking up how good your production value is. You're on your way to 100,000.
Wow, David. Very kind of you. Very encouraging.
I picked up on that! Top-noch!!
Cool 😎 I really enjoy that you are soft-spoken. Hearing you helps me wind down for bedtime.
So glad! :D Thank you for watching!
Crafsman a question mark is a great reminder to keep an open mind. Great idea!
Your videos make my heart go warm and peaceful, I love your style, and rain on a metal roof it's provably my favourite thing in the world. Greetings from Uruguay, a place far away from you my friend.
Hello, Fausto! :D Thank you so very much, my friend. It's incredible that we - being so far away from each other - can share experiences and interact. I'm thinking of making just a relaxing rain video for y'all one day. Someone suggested that and I've put it in my video ideas notepad.
@@TheCrafsMan That would be awesome, greetings and have a good day.
Great video Crafsman. Your creativity is endless. Thank for sharing.
Thank you for watching!
It's official - I am 100% addicted to TheCrafsMan.
Ol 3 nails is gonna love his new gift!!
Those elephants! Just way too cute for words . The flattened spoons make nice markers for herbs in pots . Just stamp the name of the herb and attach to a twig or wire or whatever and stick it in the pot. Maybe punch a couple holes in and hang some dangly bits from the spoon too. Love your videos ❤
GREAT ideas!!!!! :D I really like herb markers. Wow. Never heard of that.
You are so amazing Mr. Craftsman! I truly enjoy all of your videos and “how to’s”. Your house must be filled with beautiful creations; I wish you lived next door to me because I would love to see them all. If you ever taught “in person” classes on your techniques and craft, I would be the first to attend. You are such a joy to listen to, your voice is so calming and warm. You make me laugh with your bright humor and I hope you continue to do these videos because I learn a lot from them. Thank you so much.
New to your page and I'm so impressed. Thank you for spreading and sharing joy!!! Our world needs more of this!
Only just found you, but already know I'll be watching much more
So glad to hear it, Matthew! I hope you enjoy the rest of my videos. Please do hang around, my friend!
Lovely work ,so charming! Really enjoyed watching the process! Thank you!
I really enjoyed watching you teach how to do these things. Thanks for sharing.
Put a suit on this one and he's a professional musician. OMG, I fell on the floor. Craftsman you are talented and amazingly witty.
Haha! Thanks so much! I'm happy you liked that part. :)
You are such a creative man... you have a wonderful voice too! Thank You, CrafsMan.
I love ya Craftsman! You brighten my day every time I watch your vids.
Send one of those question mark necklaces to the 8 people who disliked this video....because they ARE confused! Love your work! You are so inspiring!
Aww, thank you so much! :) I appreciate you.
Crafsman, I NEED that elephant pendant! My daughter goes to the University of Alabama and this would make a great Christmas present! If you sold these in your shop you'd make a killing. Love you, Dude!
It's a good thing I didn't show y'all the elephant I made with an etched "A" Alabama logo in it, then. ;) I sell these locally, and someone requested that, so I etched it into stainless steel and added black embossing paint. I quit selling them when I realized you actually need licensing, which costs MONEY. :/
I love the way this guy talks about his stuff.
Craftsman...my first time seeing your work today. Awesome!
You are my Bob Ross, of METAL!👍😎. Great voice!
Thank you for validating my strange desire to keep unusual things for what seems like no reason. Art can be made from anything as you have shown us. 👍
I can't express how much i love your videos. Every last one is more heartwarming and intriguing than the last! Wishing you nothing but positivity and blessings in your life!
I appreciate that so much!
I’m so glad you’re uploading more often!!!! Your videos make my day 💗💗💗
Trying to hit a video per week. :D
HAPPY THANKSGIVING, MY MAN THE CRAFSMAN AND COMPANY!
HAPPY THANKSGIVING, JOEY JOE JOE JR.! :D Thanks so much, my friend!
I love silverware. I love that you have a spoon box. I love this video. Frickin genius.

Out of all the craft's videos I've been watching over the years, I can't believe I'm just NOW finding your videos and channels... You have a voice that's as smooth as Bob Ross and makes the whole thing just that much more amazing. Keep up the great work! I look forward to diving through the rest of your channel.
Love the elephant idea - have seen a similar thing but an octopus design. Just wanted to share. Loads of love Craf’man!
Awesome I really enjoy and learn from your great videos.. Nice rain out there.. Peaceful weather to handcraft made.. Perfect
Hey Crafsman just knocked this adorable pendant out in an afternoon!! My wife loves it! Thank you!!
These ideas are incredibly inspiring, Crafsman! Thank you 🙏
Thank you very much! Happy you enjoyed this.
I love this channel! I want to work metal so I've been collecting small metal bits as well as silverware. These projects are perfect for that. Thank you! Great tutorial!
Kerry in the HOUUUUUSE! I hope you get rolling with metalworking, my friend. It is SO fun to combine small bits together. I'm wanting to make another metal character for y'all. :D
