I think the most important thing that people should know about any petrolatum ointment is that you should NOT apply it when you’re using actives. Only under strictly hydrating products to lock in the moisture.
Aquaphor is not great if you have a lanolin allergy (like me)

Can yoy use this with eye lash extensions 🥴 my eyelids are so dry and peeling but I don't want to mess up my extensions lol.

You can use a tad bit on that area by lightly tapping it. I'm not really sure how this works with eyelash extensions as I'm yet to get one.
