    Very helpful. I had error 44 usually my drain plugged with white gunk but this time screen past blower (model 140) half blocked with bugs. Also noted the white gunk might be due to intake and exhaust being too close.

    Where can the condensate tubing with vent be purchased? Just got the error code 20 and noticed my installer didn’t use the vented tubing - just hard pipe! So a link to the proper tubing would be very helpful

    199 combo error code 11 ignition has failed 10 times. Checked the power from the 2 wires going to the ignitor transformer. Shows 16 to 18 volts not 120. They are sending a new board. Is there anything else that could cause this. Brand new boiler. Thank you

    I'm getting error code 80, water won't flow throughout the boiler. There's definitely water coming in, but it will not go out. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    Hi I have got an er 16 code in my new LAARS MASCOT FT. No hot water no heating. Don’t know what do!? It’s just installed at 2019. Very disappointed to have problem so early..

    I have error code 16, and a noise coming out of the internal pump ( sounds like something is loose inside) and it’s leaking at the connection to the 3 way valve. The DHW works just fine.
    When the pump screw is loosen, water is leaking though the pump ( not sure if this is normal). I have 2 of these units installed in February 2018, and since I never went through a winter without one of them having a issue in the worst day of the season. So far we replaced 1 control board, 2 3 way valves, a pump. It’s disappointing to say the least!

      Please look at the Error Codes in your Installation Manual. For the FT's, Error Code 16 is 'Operating Temperature Sensor detects Water Temperature Greaterthan 203°F (95°C)' Please let me know what you have done thus far in your diagnosis of this 16 error code.

      The pump was the issue, the unit worked fine after the replacement of the pump

      I just moved into our new home and we have a new FT Series combi. I also saw some water leaking through the pump when I unscrewed the pump. Is this normal? BTW I am also getting an error code 16 on a new machine. 😞

      Good Morning, As you know, by watching this video and reading your Installation Manual, an Error Code 40 is 'Gas Leak Detected'.
      Please contact a trained HVAC Technician to diagnose this problem.
      If you are a trained HVAC Technician and still cannot safely diagnose this Error Code, then please Shut Down the unit and call your regional manufacturer's rep at the information found on the back of your installation manual.
      Follow all safety guidelines as outlined in the Installation and User's Manuals.
