This is my story of navigating a chronic illness & finding healing through an unlikely source: the ocean & surfing.

Whether you are facing a health condition like Lyme Disease, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), an autoimmune disease or another challenge in your life, I hope this story reminds you: 1.) You are not alone 2.) There is hope...you have the power to heal (despite so much negativity on the internet portraying otherwise) 3.) There is something out there (& in you) to get you through.
When I 1st heard Steven Kotler talk on Joe Rogan's podcast about chronic Lyme Disease & how surfing & flow states healed him, I felt a spark light up within me. Being in the ocean & surfing gave me a sense of healing on a soul level that I didn’t know how to articulate...I knew I had to tell this story. This is very inspiring! I believe what you are saying, the ocean has vitamins, minerals and Vitamin D from the sun also helps heal the body. No wonder I want to live on the beach as well! It is the meaning of life!
