Severn Valley Railway 'Spring Steam Gala' 20/04/24

Hello and welcome to Severn Valley Railway 'Spring Steam Gala'. Filmed at Kidderminster station adjacent to the bridge that passes over the line.
As always they put on an amazing display here with the home fleet putting on a fine showing along with the visiting locos.
The steam engines working this gala were as follows:

• GWR 4-6-0 No. 7812 Erlestoke Manor
• GWR 0-6-0PT No. 7714 (not filmed)
• SR Re-built 'Pacific' No. 21C127 Taw Valley
• LMS '5MT' 2-6-0 No. 13268
• BR '4MT' 4-6-0 No. 75069
I always enjoy coming to this line no matter what gala they have on, the weather also helped it must be said.

I always love coming to this line, I know they are struggling at the moment but with all the events that they've got in place for the rest of the year I'm hopeful that they are going to pull through. Visitor numbers seem to be increasing which is always great to see! If I could volunteer here I would without any hesitation
