    At times you only have 20-30 minutes to train, maybe even less, and while you may want to just jump into your sessions, it's smart to do a dynamic warm up and get the body prepared for the training session.
    On the other hand you only have so much time to get it all in so you can't spend 10 minutes+ warming up.
    Herere's 4 mobility warm up combinations that you can knock out in 4-6 minutes before your training and be ready to get a quality workout in.

    My sight is impaired, I wish your videos like others you have had a step by step walkthrough. I love doing the flow type moments like this. In most yoga videos but I'm able to listen to the steps as well. I think once in awhile walk us through these you are a great teacher!!! Regardless thank you for the help. Post surgery the have got me back to my feet faster.
