    01:22 Visual of ingredients & activate the yeast
    02:12 Sift dry ingredients, knead in wet using stand mixer (or by hand), & cover to rise 1-2 hours
    04:16 Make the cream filling
    05:53 Preheat oven, prepare pan, add dough to pan to rise
    08:14 Make the honey-almond topping. spread over "cake", & bake
    09:53 Cake baked, cool, & slice horizontally
    11:32 Prepare the gelatin, whisk with milk, & whip the heavy cream
    12:56 Top the bottom "cake" layer with cream, slice the top layer into serving pieces, & add the top to the cream
