Ingredients
30 gr butter
60 gr Sugar
1 egg
250 gr AP Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp nutmeg
1 small orange or lemon (zest plus juice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
120 ml milk
Oil for frying (about 500 ml)
Fry On Medium High Heat
If the heat is too low, it will soak up oil, and too high will burn them but won't cook through.
