Bought mine in green back in March. Great little bike and I love the looks. I had the touring pack on mine which included the left side bag which I have found it to be essential. Getting 75-80mpg and I don't hang around. I hope you enjoy your bike as much as I am doing. Ride safe.
I put my bike in for a service the other day, and hired a replacement. I fitted a screen to my Medley to make me feel and behave like Reginald Molehusband. Never liked the bloody things, but needed to calm the beast a bike (any bike) brings out. This, along with my topbox, I figured I would be able to keep the asshole I am in check. So, on the tremendously smooth, "terribly polite" Vespa Sprint (seriously, it was like wiping your arse with velvet) I commuted to work and back again. What shocked me most, was the absence of a windshield. Not so much on the face, but on the chest and arms. At 60ish, it was verging on tiring compared to what I am accustomed to. I really felt the pull on my arms. If you like a lazy ride, you (never thought I would admit to this) need a screen. I must be honest I don't feel much like Reginald Molehusband at all, more like Frank Poncherello.
@@SWEETHEAD1000 oh that’s made me laugh so much 😂 great comment my friend 👍 I will consider a screen at some stage but have to say I have tamed the beast within since my accident. Ride safe 👍
@@pedromansky Hi I had the Ducati a few years ago and really enjoyed it, but had to sell it due to financial reasons. I would have bought one this time around but but the Honda was newer and cheaper. Ride safe 👍
@@BikeMates Thanks for reply. Y time has moved on. The Duke still looks cool tho. Looking at one that's 7 years old and 7.5k miles. They seem to age well. Enjoy the Honda. I think you got the best colour scheme.
