Can you please explain how EO 408 (I think I got that right - I'm Canadian) can apply for the visa extension on the government website. I was told I had to do it upon landing in Cebu at the BI office located at the airport.
I was told any medication you intend to take with you into the Philippines you must declare and apply for a customs certificate prior to entry..... is this true ??? this includes prescribed drugs for any medical condition...... this will cause delays on arrival if not applied for and stopped on entry by custom checks...but what happens if you do not have this certificate .....do they confiscate the medication ????
What's nice is i've been to the immigration in your country the first one i got for 28 days next time ago i'll probably get one two much then go back to my country and come back here nba with my little sweetheart

Hello maam i got a tourist visa last Jan 8 2024 and my husband is american. We already had a ticket booked and fly together this coming June 12 and comes back to phil. July 18 2024. My question is it true that my husband will get 1 yr visa free upon arrival going back home to phil? Thanks😊

@karanpanchal115 - No worries, you can use your US Visa or Canadian PR card to travel to the Philippines if you only plan to stay here for up to 2 weeks. You only need to get a Philippine visa if you wish to stay beyond 2 weeks. 😊
@AdventuresinAmericaUSA1 - Hindi na po kailangang kumuha ng visa ang mga Indian kung meron silang valid visa mula US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore o Schengen countries. Pwede po nilang gamitin ang mga visa na nabanggit ko para magstay sa Pinas ng hanggang 2 linggo. 😊

I am coming as a tourist and I want to relax for two weeks or less, all of this nonsense, so I will go to another country more beautiful than the Philippines, such as Indonesia and Thailand Or Malaysia, the options are many, so you hate us in the Philippines👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

You can inquire from the Bureau of Immigration upon landing.

You need to bring your prescription for your medicine. I've never had any problems with this issue. Good luck and have a good day.
I haven't ever had problems with prescription medicine, just have it in the prescription bottle with information on the bottle

Hello. You can just go directly to the Bureau of Immigration and pay the fines and fees.
If you work right you can get it for a whole year up to 3 years but i think you got to be working here as a foreigner
