It actually was placed on the market last December, almost a year ago, pulled off in February after not selling, and re-listed again in June. It is also listed as "Buyer to Verify..." which likely means there are things they know about but are trying to absolve responsibility for disclosing. What does their disclosure form say? I am sure you are skilled enough to provide more insight to your viewers and clients than feigning ignorance as to why it is still on the market...

Even if you say changes are cosmetic, they can add up really fast. If it were just a house to move into, maybe a “yes” for $375-425k so I can do the changes necessary. If it’s a forever home, I would continue my home search. Just my opinion.

I own 4 houses in idaho and the property tax on all 4 houses are cheaper than the one house in cali car ins. And home owners are alot cheaper and utilities are alot cheaper so yes its alot cheaper and a whole lot of less crime you can have your guns there and carry thats why there's less crime i felt so much more safer

Rents in Los Angeles are going up. I just rented two houses I’m already 300 under. I should’ve rented both houses for 4000 a month. I’ve already screwed up homeowners insurance is skyrocketing car insurance is skyrocketing 50% of the people in California don’t have car insurance.
