    Just to be clear; those weren't Nets fans chanting MVP for Steph Curry, they were GS fans that travelled and/or already lived in NY. GS just has a (much) bigger fan base than the Nets, it's that simple.

    The story is no longer taking the torch from LeBron. It’s KD overcoming the shadow of Curry. When they were on the same team, with all that talent, everyone had to sacrifice. They made KD the number one option then Steph. Now Steph is back at accepting the full roll and it clearly shows.

      Seeing Curry play how he did he hit another level of maturity in his game is the best way I can describe it. Almost at the same level as LeBron. Unguardable and unstoppable. He’s getting almost as much criticism as LeBron still. Even after he won another championship and FMVP. Curry on another level. Right there with the greatest. I say all this to say Durant, as great as he is and I like him, he has a lot of work to do to still. The league is LeBron’s but Curry got his hand on it too.
