Under #eoffice Project, it is explained that how to Sign Notesheet, Attaching Draft, Sending it to higher authority for Approval, Approval and Signing of Draft by Higher Authority and sending it back for Dispatch in #eoffice. This is the most important video on eFile steps continuing with the last video. It will make clear the flow between officials of file in an office set up in #eoffice. Tried to make it simple by just showing the important steps by stopping the video to save the time of viewers. As if you notice that video of more than 3 hours is completed in just 15 minutes to make it most useful and no rubbish.
Very important topics and left out part of last video has been discussed and shown in this video which will cover all the topics under File under #eoffice project.

Boss needs to use Custom Sign. It helps to decide the place where Sign to be placed.

Can a draft could be approved by two officer or person ??
This needs to be decided at your office that what flow to be followed. As per my knowledge one officer after signing will forward to another for signing
Please check with implementing technical team.
Who is the Approving authority? Is it head of the office or it can be approved by an intermediate officer having authority?
Approving Authority is who is signing the order. It depends on your office structure.

I don't think so that there is option of uploading videos in eoffice and I cannot suggest to keep data on Google drive as it is a private site and you need to take permission from your higher authorities instead I have one suggestion that too unofficially that you can keep videos or files in your Briefcase map to your email ID. you may see one of my video on briefcase in email to understand this option.

You have not seen i think Video 7 which is pre part of this video. This is created when we attach with notesheet while creation. There is an option comes down. It was added just to shown this option and it was not needs as we are also going to attach as a Draft for Approval. That option was just to show or explain that we have option of sending supporting document with Notesheet. I think it will clear your doubt.

At 06:46, sir maan lijiye file 3 ya 4 authorities k pass jaani hai for approval. To jo sabse lower rank ka staff hai, vo "Action" wale field mein For Approval likhega ya Kuch aur?

Problem with e-office...the UX is extremely bad even for technically proficient users like me. No attempt has been made to simplify the process rather its just a digital version 9f what happens in a BABU's office.
Draft approved yet not attached to the file.
Draft not approved, no one knows where does it goes.
Dispatch and than Dispatch using CRU...how to keep track of anything.
Why can't it simply be...if draft approved a copy will be attached to file and let the user chose if they want to Dispatch the letter at any point if time.
You may contact your higher authorities who in turn mention your concerns to concerned departments.

I have not seen but if they are related we may join both and use it, I feel. You may ask with technical team for better clarification.

Can a file be merged with other independent file which has been created by mistake on same subject??
Merging is possible but not for your need. You may close the file. Pls see my video on closing of files.
If any file has been made by mistake, on same subject, and has not been sent anywhere, that can be used in another subject. We can edit all details of file cover, anytime, except file number. And also we should detach all papers from correspondence side. But if we have sent it somewhere and that person had opend it, then we will not be able to detach papers.

I have already said that if we have sent file to someone and that person has opened it (means communication started), then this practice is not applicable . This is applicable only two condition:-
1. If we have not sent file to someone.
2. . If we have sent file to someone and that person has not opened it, then we can pull back file and apply this procedure.

इसके लिए तकनीकी टीम से संपर्क कीजिए। शायद कस्टम सिग्नेचर स्व आपका काम हो सकेगा। परंतु इस संबंध में तकनीकी टीम से सुझाव ले कर ही आगे बढ़ें।

How to delete recipt letter which was already snd someone..
It is not possible as per my knowledge. Think in any office one has sent something to other office in hard copy and entered into register. Is he can remove the entry from his register or register of other office..
Still I showed that one can pull back if other office has not read the same. But if it has been read, pull back is not possible.
Where a list of files created at my level can be seen??

It is upto you.

2 ways are there. First is tour office needs to ask for this option, then print button will be provided.
Second, you can save as pdf and then take print out but this is not the right way and not suggested as printing of notesheet is not good as it will create a way to take out files outside which is wrong. That's why by default print option is not given.

मेरे ऑफिस में eoffice के ड्राफ्ट सेक्शन में approve का ऑप्शन show नही कर रहा है। और ड्राफ्ट आगे किसी को भेजने के बाद edit भी नही हो रहा है। इसका क्या समाधान है।
approve sabke login me na ho aega. jo approving authority hai kewal unke login me aega.
apke office ki jo hierarchy bana ke bheji gai hogi usi ke hisab se option aenge.

How to putup draft for signing
Attach draft in DFA. It is explained in this and earlier part in video 7.
नमस्कार, मेरे अधीनस्थ अधिकारी ने मुझे नोटशीट और एक ड्राफ्ट भेजी है इऑफिस के माध्यम से, मैं जब अपने वरिष्ठ अधिकारी को वो नोटशीट भेज रहा हूँ तो मुझे उस नोटशीट को डीएससी के माध्यम से साइन करने का आप्शन तो मिल रहा है, लेकिन उस ड्राफ्ट को साइन नहीं कर पा रहा हूँ, जब मैं व्यू ड्राफ्ट्स में जा रहा हूँ तो सिर्फ़ ड्राफ्ट्स का हैडिंग आ रहा है लेकिन उसके नीचे एक भी ड्राफ्ट नहीं है जैसा आपने इस विडियो में दिखाया| हालांकि नार्मल जब मैं इनबॉक्स में उस फाइल को देख रहा हूँ तो नोटशीट बायीं तरफ और ड्राफ्ट्स और उसके नीचे उस फाइल में किए गए पूर्व कार्य दाहिने तरफ दिख रहा है| परन्तु जब व्यू ड्राफ्ट पे क्लिक कर रहा हूँ तो वो ड्राफ्ट नहीं दिख रहा, कृपया मदद करें| धन्यवाद
आपको जिसने फ़ाइल भेजी है उनके लॉगिन में चेक कराइये कि जो ड्राफ्ट उन्होने भेजा है उसमें क्या है। प्रथम दृष्टया ऐसा लगता है कि उन्होंने ही गलत ड्राफ्ट लगा के भेज दिया है। उनजे भेजे ड्राफ्ट में हो सकता है सिर्फ हैडिंग ही हो।
@@eofficegovinfohand जी शायद समझने मे कोई भूल हो गयी है| हैडिंग से मेरा तात्पर्य था की जब आप व्यू ड्राफ्ट्स पे क्लिक करते हैं तो दाहिने तरफ ईऑफिस में एक विंडो खुलता है जिसमे ऊपर एक हैडिंग होता है और उसके नीचे सारे ड्राफ्ट्स की लिस्ट आपके समक्ष प्रकट हो जाती है| परन्तु जब मैं व्यू ड्राफ्ट्स पे क्लिक कर्ट रहा हूँ तो मुझे स्कोई भी ड्राफ्ट नहीं दिख रहा| हालांकि जब कारेसपोंडंस पे जब क्लिक कर रहा हूँ तो मुझे वो ड्राफ्ट दिख रहा है, किन्तु उस पृष्ठ को साइन करने का वहां पे कोई आप्शन नहीं है| क्या त्रुटी हो सकती है श्रीमान? क्या आपको स्क्रीनशॉट भेजने का कोई प्रबंध है?

How to digitally sign a word document attached??
Either you attach pdf in draft or word file in draft, it will also get converted to pdf.
And so signing procedure will be same.

syntax #approvedby# or others to get it signed when one attached doc file.? Or the signing takes place on the word doc automatically?
Those are tags that are for displaying information of who is signing and date and time. Signing will be done automatically on DSC Signing or Custom signing.
