Hey. Caleb. Noticed in the first home the different color paints. An easy fix. Lovely first bath. Looks like shower flooring needs to be retiled. Like those glass bricks opposed to clear glass. Makes it private. The master bath and closet a smidge small but can work. Big shower. Outside pool area is nice. Is there HOA fees that handle the lawn or that’s on the owner? Second home looks great from the outside. That flex space separating the 2 bedrooms is nice. Would’ve been nice to have another bathroom especially as that bath services the pool which is great. Don’t like indoor folks using the same bath as the pool folks. Huge master. Lovely pool area. This is a nice home. 3 rd home now. Oh. New home. 2019 built. Let’s see. Nice drop zone by the garage. Needed a 1/2 bath for the pool. Ppl have to walk wet through the house to that bath. 😳. That master is huge to hold 2 queen beds. 4th house front elevation is awful. Needs renovation. $530k. Come on. Let’s see inside. Ok. Nice. Didn’t expect this. Lovely kitchen placement. Nice bath. Why keys on the outside of the bedrooms? Primary bath is small but jazzy. That will wake you up. Ok. Like at least 2 closets in the primary. Nice yard. Just gotta ad the birdcage and do something with the front but actually a nice home. 5th home is huge. Let’s see. Oh boy. Too much to write. Like that private hallway to the primary. Lovely pool area. But you see what I’m saying about first floor baths. They should be by the rear of the home for access to wet people 🤣🤣🤣. Lots of house to clean. Amazing tour. Thanks much.

Is there a reason why the pools are so close to the house?
so they can throw the pool furnature in when the hurricannes come-this is an honest to god truth-i lived there n 2004 when we had 4 i went back to ohio and never lookd back

First home was terrible. 399k for a 3/2 in st cloud is incredibly overpriced pool or no pool. tiny bad kitchen. Horrible master bath. They are crazy asking that price.
