AND GUYS I'M FREAKING OUT. Because I just read a spoiler for next week after the SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER Burzek breakup this week and it says the breakup will "complicate her relationship with Roman." I'm a big fan of Romgess complications on the horizon. XD
Only two brief notes to share (for once):
1) I still love love love these two. I hope we have many more chemistry-filled scenes between them. Romgess knocks Burzek off the charts in chemistry as far as I'm concerned (and it brings me great joy when I see comments that agree).
2) The CPD humor vids. I KNOW. I know I promised to work on them before the new year and that I agreed to keep making them. I will keep making them. Promise. But not right now. I'm just not in a humorous mood and I can't fake it. I tried, but it felt flat and dishonest. I'm not going to make any vid just to make it. It isn't just these humor vids that have been neglected. My entire to do list of videos is being completely ignored presently. I just make a video as an idea comes to me. For whatever reason, I can't make myself care on cue right now, so the video idea has to force me to care. (That sounds bizarre...I apologize, but just go with it). Don't give up on me though...as soon as I feel remotely cheerful I'll dazzle you with the wit of the CPD cast. xoxoxoxoxoxo

I like them together. There's just something between these two that is much more than just workplace partnership. It's realness/honesty without loosing the playfulness that pushes these two together. They can have a good talk and/or confront each other about anything without carrying on the drama/tension. I watched the recent episode (post Ruzek broken engagement) and I'm glad she called it off. Adam is an okay guy, but he is immature & all over the place for her. It's just heartbreak waiting to happen if they were to ever get married. She's had more grown up interactions/real talks with Roman than she's had with her now ex-fiancé. I think the writers are going to unravel more the Roman/Burgess partnership/relationship. He cares for her professionally and personally. They're both growing more as cops and individuals because of what they have together.
+alexasanders I agree with all of this! Yes, yes, and yes. Team Romgess for sure. I really do like Ruzek, but not as any kind of mature fiancé. Unfortunately, Burzek will probably be revisited since the writers spent so much time developing them and their fanbase. But until then, us underdogs can enjoy the magic of Romgess! :D

Hi HawkeyeGin13: It's been many years since you made the Roman and Burgess videos, but in 2021 I thank you so much for creating them. I love this couple, they have exceptional chemistry. I've never liked Ruzek because he reminds me of an ex-boyfriend, haha ... He was just as silly, so I'm kind of disappointed to see that he and Burgess are making up in the current season 8. Will Roman come back one day? My hope of that happening slowly dies as time goes by. But hey ... it's just a television series, hehe ... Greetings and thanks again.
Yeees just when I was about to ask for a new one of them two !!! So exited about next week episode !!!!! I do hope they don't mess ROmgess up because of the burzek breakup though !!!
