Finally, it has become clear what a failure it was hiring a defense minded coach for a team with stars who are all offense first. They are wasting too much energy banging with BIGS on defense. Their coach sits there with his arms folded and says oh look I don't care. Says to himself they should have picked up being defense first when they picked up the ball when they first learned the game. He is enjoying them suffer getting pushed around by a bigger and physical team. He is actually deeply so caught up in rooting for the opposition as they signify his true identity. Anyone who knows the game and watches it knows we have bunch of guards who all can shoot the three well, we have forwards who can all shoot the three well. It only makes sense to put out a smaller lineup with all shooters all around. What that does is it forces the bigger Wolves to get out and chase us off the three-point lines. Which then makes it easier for our guys to drive by them and get a layup or pull up from the mid-range. It allows us to move the ball around faster and easier. It always us to easily break down the bigger defenders. Right now, currently we are unable to get into the paint or penetrate because the Bigs we play in our rotations are not a threat to shoot or drive in. So, the Wolves are more focused on the rest of the guys and defending them with an extra defender. On defense our Bigs are getting sliced up by the Bigs of the wolves inside and their guards and forward are getting by them easily. It is really pointless to play our Bigs in our lineups now. As long as we continue the Wolves have advantage in exploiting us from everywhere with our guard's inability to defend as well. We can't burn all the energy our guards and forward have on trying to stop the bigger opponent, but we need them to be effective on the offensive side. We can't defend them as they are bigger and faster. The only way to beat them is to go out score them with smaller lineup and force their Bigs out to guard the three which allows us the abilities to cut in once the paint is empty. If they want to keep their Bigs in and let them get their 2 pointers easily okay. But they have to burn some energy trying to run around guarding us from the three-point lines on the other end. It is painful we have a defensive centered coach who doesn't understand the value of the offense he has on the roster. This might go down as the worst hire in history if he doesn't adjust.
